Austin was fantastic. He explained what he was doing, how he fixed the problem, and what to do in the future if I see the issue again. Also, he inspected the house for any leaks to make sure there were no other issues. I appreciate his dedication to his work and his positive interaction with the customer.

Brandon was terrific! We called Poseidon Plumbing to explain their elaborate water filtration + UV light system located in a house we recently bought. Brandon was very patient and gave us complete instructions on the maintenance of this system, plus installed the exterior faucet to bypass the system. We will have him back out again when we need a plumber!

I had a great experience with Poseidon Plumbing! Scheduling was a breeze, I loved that I was able to do it over text instead of missed phone calls back and forth like so many other places. Austin was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He originally came out to do a water test and give a quote, but managed to squeeze in the installation of a water softener for me that same day! He also made sure to communicate everything with me clearly, and even walked me through all of his work once he was done. Overall, stellar customer service and impressive quality work. I’ll be recommending Poseidon to anyone I know who needs some plumbing done.

Brandon Guthrie was my plumbing tech, and he did a great job. The only thing I was disappointed with, was the lack of truck stock to complete the job. Had to come back the next afternoon, and finish up. I do think the stocking issue is a company thing, and not an individual thing. Anyway, would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

I tried calling a different company I'd used prior but they were taking forever to get back to me during this big snow. I tried Poseidon and they scheduled me right away. Luke came out, made sure to explain everything to me, and he was able to successfully thaw my frozen pipes! Couldn't be more grateful for his work!

Luke was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He quickly identified the source of our low water pressure, solved the problem, and walked me through the process and options. Arrived on time, looked at the existing pressure tank, verified what I thought. Quickly, provided a solution with an estimate. He had a pressure tank in his van, and immediately got to work. Within 2 hours the job was complete! Luke Werner explained what he was going to do, and upon completion showed me pictures of his work so I didn’t have to crawl under the house! Super nice fella.

Poseidon Plumbing really went above and beyond with the tankless installation. Not only did they explain all the aspects of the installation, they also were willing to price match the other offers. I'm pleased with everything and would refer them to anyone in need of Plumbing issues. Their professionalism is unparalleled.

Another great experience with the team at Poseidon. We had a small issue with the flapper not seating correctly on a toilet rebuild and they came out right away to replace the flapper at no charge (i.e. under warranty).

As well, they did a flush of our tankless hot water heater and the process went smoothly and, thankfully, there is zero smell of vinegar solution after the flush.

Great experience. Came out day of and fixed our issue! Was extremely helpful due to it being a turn day for our vacation rental!

David bailed me out on the Thursday before New Year by coming to my house after hours to unclog a first floor toilet that wasn't functional. My 97 year old mother-in-law cannot climb stairs and needs that toilet. He got it working and replaced it the next day. I had him back yesterday to replace another toiled. He is punctual, reasonably priced and neat.

Everything went wonderfully. Extremely nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Would definitely call again.

I am so glad to have found Big Dawg Plumbing. Michael did the plumbing on our bathroom renovation. He actually answered the phone when we called to schedule the job! Other local companies have calls go to voice-mail (and often don't return calls). The sink and toilet were installed in an amazingly short time. He even helped us get the additional cabinet in place to make sure that the vanity was aligned properly.

If you need plumbing work done in the Henderson area I highly recommend Big Dawg. They are licensed and insured, I was impressed!
