Out the door plumbing was really helpful when you’re in need! I had a situation going on with my washer that my rental company had no urgency to help fix. I contacted OTD plumbing and a few other companies and within 2 minutes I received a response. They are very swift with communication and were able to fit me in onto their schedule within the day. The technician they sent out (Eric) was very sweet and did the job quick and efficiently! Even though the problem was not completely fixed (ended up needing a new washer) he definitely helped me out in my time of need! I’m grateful to have had this company available when I really needed it. Continue to strive for the best and keep up the great work!

Zach did an amazing job putting in a new faucet in our older home. He had to find parts to transition the new from the old and he did it with thought and expertise! So grateful for our new faucet and grateful for Zach’s diligence in figuring everything out! He deserves 5 stars for an excellent job!

I had a great experience getting an estimate on our main sewer line that had tree root damage. The price was much better than a competitor who we also had a quote from. The fix was done the same day!

Out the Door was great and Wesley specifically is top notch. After a different plumber gave a solution that would result in thousands of dollars and extensive excavation of my slab foundation, Wesley spent the time to evaluate the problem and correct numerous previous repairs to a implement cost effective permanent solution. It was a lot of work but Wesley went the extra mile to do right by his customer. Go no further than Out the Door and Wesley, if he’s available, for your plumbing needs.

Zach was able to make a quick repair on a supply line leak, test it out, and fill the hole neatly in our front yard. He did a great job of explaining the work involved, including the eventual need for a full repipe away from poly, without pressure to commit to a timeline. I would not hesitate to use call them again.

Wesley was great! Hauled himself out in the cold to get me a wishing working hot water heater! Probably take him up on his recommendation for his tank was here when I recover from this repair.

Zach did a great job, really pleasant guy. I thought the price was a little high for the job, $280 for maybe 20 minutes work? Had all the waterlines drained before he got here, popped off a shark tooth fitting which was bad, popped on and crimped a new valve, done.

These guys are great! We had a hot water heater bust and they came out same day and replaced the hot water heater in no time. No leaks. No fuss. Great customer service and speed. Thank you!

Out the Door performed far above and beyond expectations in replacing a very deteriorated and troublesome sewer line in our front yard. Even though the repair required more work than was anticipated, the price remained the same. JB masterfully operated the backhoe and displayed surgical analysis and skill in the trench, in making the system like new. With 5 being the highest, I rate him at a 10. Jennifer in the office was great in scheduling and coordination— all with positive good cheer.

Zach, was great. Very knowledgable. Didn't try up sale me on anything. Was straight forward about repair vs replacement. He did a great job replacing my water heater. I would recommend out the door plumbing to anyone. I would use them again if I need to.

Superb service! Crew did an excellent installation of water and sewer line in one day. While yard will require refurbishing, as expected , clean up of the house and site was exceptionally good. Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Wesley was great! I called for what I thought might be a ‘hidden water leak’. He checked EVERYWHERE based on my ‘smell’. (Bless his heart) Found nothing; but I gained peace of mind. Great service, same day. I’ll definitely call them if we have further plumbing needs.

Amazing service! Our tech was Zach and he was extremely personable and really knew what he was doing. Zach found some major issues that we didn't know about and fixed them before they became emergencies with water pouring into our house. Out the door is by far and away one of the best plumbing services in the triangle area. Great and honest technicians and scheduling was a breeze. Wesley was our technician, but we have had several others over the years and all of them have been amazing. Want to call out Wesley especially for this most recent service in late December 2025. Hutch and his guys are great. They have been out to my house several times and have done excellent work. Fair prices and super responsive. I have also recommended the to several people and have always gotten nothing but great feedback. I highly recommended them for any plumbing issues, water heater issues, or full home water filtration systems.

We had a great experience with OTD Plumbing. They upgraded our water heater to a tankless system, installed a water softener, and recently responded quickly to an emergency water leak just before Christmas.

Zach did an excellent job, and both he and Jennifer communicated clearly and professionally throughout the process. I ask a lot of questions, and they always took the time to walk through everything with me. Their fast response during a stressful situation made a big difference, and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of their work.

The scheduling team (shout out to Jennifer!) made coordinating our service a total breeze! From text messages to courtesy phone calls, I felt informed and ready to welcome the technician to our home.

This company knows how to provide Gold Medal service! All of my (MANY) questions were answered before we agreed to services, and Wesley was helpful in identify the critical services on our list.
