Clayton was fantastic! On the day after Thanksgiving, we had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink and toilet that turned out to be an issue with the main sewer line. He diagnosed the problem and got everything resolved. We highly recommend!

Called for emergency service due to a rotten egg smell in one of the bathrooms. Jose arrived within the hour and quickly found the issue with the wax seal.

Jose also caught hairline cracking in the toilet bowl upon careful inspection during the wax seal replacement.

We had our garbage disposal replaced. The job was done well - works, no leaks - but just beware, the Labor charge was Very High. Yes, we signed off, because we wanted the job done “today”, but next time, we’ll definitely shop the work.

It cost $469.00 to repair a toilet that was ghost flushing. They came out and had to leave to get parts. It took them 10 minutes to repair it when they returned with the parts. After they left, it wasn’t flushing well. I called them to come back and fix it. They didn’t fix it, they just told me to hold the handle down for several minutes, so it would finish flushing. It’s a mess. I won’t ever use them again! Ugh! They were unprofessional, expensive and lazy!!

Clayton is a life saver. 10pm had a heavy leak due to an old deteriorated angle stopper and could not shut the water off. (Will be purchasing a water key) Waited for 2 hours on another company before being told they wouldn’t be able to make it that night. 12:30am called Roto Rooter and Clayton was here in under 30mins. He shutoff the water and assessed the issue. He did not have the proper part to replace the faulty piece with. Gave me the estimate and scheduled to return before his actual work hours started next day when the store opened to get the part. Followed up with me by text in the morning and let me know when he would arrive. Promptly fixed the issue and set me up with water damage repair inspection. Will be using this service again if i ever have an issue.

Fixed leaking near water heater. Clayton showed up on time, fast and accountable. Explained and answered all my questions. Replaced PRV within 40 minutes. Great communication and make sure my concerns were addressed before leaving. Highly recommended!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak/gave up the ghost today and Roto-Rooter got a technician to our home in less than an hour! I was pleasantly surprised to see Kanji again (he helped with a kitchen faucet install a couple of months ago) and he got everything taken care of super quick!
