Starkey was quick, efficient and professional. Roto-Rooter was first company to respond and came at the promised time period.

As to price, it was $300 to unclog a toilet drain after coupon. To me that seemed expensive but I saw that was close to the going rate of Plumbers.

At the end of the day, I needed it fixed and that was the price.

Roto-Rooter was very accommodating and came out to the house quickly. Their tech was very professional and got the job done fast. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help!.

Clayton came out to flush our hot water heater and did an awesome job. Super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was running smooth before he left.

Clayton came out at midnight and helped us stopped our leaking water heater. I can’t appreciate him enough, he’s polite, punctual, and respectful. I hope he have a great career and have his own company in the future.

Considering it happened on a Sunday and they came out within a couple of hours, I think the price was reasonable. My technician was great; he seemed knowledgeable and was finished within 30 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with.

I just bought my home and hadn't had hot water for 2 weeks. Clayton came out, tested my heater, and when he drained a little to see what the inside might be like, the water was black 🤢 He came back the next evening (on his day off!), took my old heater out, and installed a new one. He waited outside for almost an hour to make sure the hot water worked (it did!) and even checked in the next day to make sure everything was working well. Clayton was quick, efficient, and a great sport. Also really appreciate the flexibility of this company for having much later evening appointments available.

We had an issue where both of our toilet tanks were not refilling after flushing. Jason from Roto-Rooter came out on short notice and was able to install 2 new fill valves. Thank you Jason and Roto-Rooter!

Came well prepared to take care of our toilet problem. Quick repair and good information to prevent problems in the future. Was expensive for the short time it took to unstop a toilet. . But maybe it’s the going rate for toilet repairs.

Had a sewerage main line bust. Rotor rooter arrived promptly. Gave me a quote. He said he needed to hit up Home Depot for parts. Came back and had home warranty look into the issue. Roto Rooter said that’s fine. He was gonna charge me for the parts and the diagnostic fee. I paid him for that. He told me he could come back out and finish the job the next day. Could not get in contact with the guy. Never got the parts I paid for. Had to pay another plumber to finish the job.

Starkly with Roto-Rooter was fantastic. He responded quickly and is clearly an expert in his field. He was relentless in diagnosing the issue and helped understand what needed to be done to resolve it. I’m glad we called Roto-Rooter and happier that Starky was our technician today.

Always deal with a company who has been in business for years like Roto Rooter. Text when they are coming out tech came out just when was promised. No half assery like dealing with an individual.

Eirk, came in a gave us an immediate price which was more than fair. Plummers are expensive but the initial cost was fine. Had the kitchen sink low pressure issues in a short amount of time. He also had a personality which is relay not typical these days.

This is why this company has been around for so long.

Roto-Rooter was great from start to finish. I called and Tristan was out within two hours. He explained everything clearly, completed the work the same day, and made sure I understood the scope and pricing before any changes were made. Nothing moved forward without my approval.

Tristan was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. After the work was done, Garrett also came out to check in and verify another system under our home, which I really appreciated.

Clayton was very friendly and helpful! My main sewer line was super backed up and he made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left. It took him 2 hours to do it and was at my home until midnight to ensure I was able to use my shower and toilet again. Thankful for the determination to get the job done and the wonderful customer service!

Worked with Mr. Rooter plenty of times at home and at my old business. They do excellent work and are generally able to schedule very quickly. Scott has done a few jobs at my home and he has provided accurate and considerate suggestions through the process. Ultimately everyone at Mr. Rooter has been a true professional and I would happily recommend them for any job, small or major.

Mr. Rooter was punctual and professional. He took the time to explain and answer questions. He did a good job overall. Company prices are very expensive in my opinion, but they give you a year warranty on the parts replaced.

I will definitely be using mr rooter again for any other plumbing issues. They were very polite from start to finish. Sergio came out today, the day every other business was closing to prepare for hurricane Florence, and he came in with such a positive attitude. We had a major plumbing problem that needed to be fixed before the storm hit. He took care of it quickly and professionally.
