We had a great experience using Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Our technician texted us prior to arrival and was extremely prompt. He was thorough in his assessment and diagnosis of our issue and was able to provide additional recommendations about next steps to take. Definitely worth checking them out if you’re in search of a plumber!

We ran into an emergency when trying to install a new bathroom vanity cabinet in our 45 years old home. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they were able to send someone the same day within an hour. Matthew Tusi was our technician and he did a more than fabulous job. He was very friendly, very experienced and very conscientious about his work. If we ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call Mr. Rooter and ask them to send Matthew again. Thank you so much for a job well done!!

Mr. Rooter was very responsive to my emergency water leak and arrived an hour after my call. The plumber was courteous and very knowledgeable and was able to locate a very hard to find leak. The repair was made with minimal impact to the surrounding area. I will definitely use them again!

He made a thorough check under the house and showed pictures and explained to me exactly what my problems are and had a few options with pricing for repair. Very professional. Mr. Rooter Plumbing has a great technician - Jerry! He did an awesome job fixing the plumbing problem quickly! We even called him back on the same night to make sure it was working properly and he came back after his next call to confirm everything was done correctly! After another plumber cancelled on me twice, I called Mr. Rooter. Thankfully they were able to get someone out the next day. The technician Eric was professional, polite, timely and courteous. He was thorough and efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

I called Mr. Rooter to repair items from my home inspection. The staff called a couple of hours prior to the appointment to say they would call when the technician was enroute. It was awesome that I was not held hostage waiting for him to show up.Matthew was very professional and pleasant. He reviewed all my items and made recommendations regarding the repairs including the items that were not absolutely necessary. He did the work for the estimated cost. Overall a good experience.

Austin with Mr. Rooter arrived at our home on-time. He quickly assessed our plumbing issue, presented options for addressing the issue, and efficiently completed the repair. He had the mobile technology to accommodate a payment while on-site, which was a huge convenience!

The plumber (Dale Harris) and his assistant were on time and genuinely seemed to care about helping us fix our problem. I received updates on their arrival, invoicing and requests for feedback about if we were satisfied with their services. They were also polite, considerate and made an adjustment to a shower valve until I was satisfied it worked properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter. They helped us quickly with our disaster and then followed up to see how the service was. Everyone that I dealt with was so nice and informative. After digging up our yard, Chad came back and made sure it was cleaned up and looked untouched. I highly recommend!

Chris took the time to listen to my request to ensure the work performed was exactly as expected - he even recommended service based upon the results of his findings that were appropriate for ongoing maintenance. I was very pleased with Eric Murphy's friendliness. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I was with him and his work performance. A little pricey, but I do understand that good work isn't free. The ONLY gripe I had is the time. The appointment time was 11:00 am. Eric didn't arrive until 12:15. I understand that this company gives it's tech's a 4 hour window. I didn't and still don't agree with this. I like punctuality, which this company is not. Other than timing, I had no major complaints and am happy.

Extremely professional and courteous service. We had a leaking toilet that doubled our monthly water use and fee. Mr. Rooter was able to schedule our repair service quickly (within 24 hours). We were given a 4-hr. appointment window the next day. The technician texted us his estimated arrival time and arrived at the beginning of our appointment window, which was fantastic. The technician (Mr. Hal Petrosa) arrived with protective gear (mask and boot covers) and was friendly and prompt with his evaluation. We were given three options (good, better, best) for service and once a decision was made; he performed the repair extremely quickly. We were given photo documentation of the fix after it was done. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Two thumbs way up!

Amazing service. Came home from work to find my neighbor’s yard being flooded by my waterline. Called 10 minutes before closing and they still dispatched without a problem. Jose was awesome diagnosing, digging for the pipe, and fixing the issue. He stayed well past 10 pm and said he’d be there until the job was done. Couldn’t ask for anything more out of a company or their workers. Highly recommend doing business with them.

"Brand name" or Franchise plumbers have been something I stayed away from for the past 15 years, ever since several bad experiences in Florida. I got in touch with Mr. Rooter by accident because of a mix-up on Google with some phone numbers. I almost didn't keep the appointment, but no one else could get to us that day and we were on day 3 of no water. I was incredibly surprised and thoroughly pleased with JR and his partner. JR was incredibly thorough and detailed in his explanations and took pictures of before and after their work. This was helpful because I could clearly see what needed to be done and then what had been done. Mr. Rooter was incredibly responsive as we worked through the process of the initial well water line repair, and then over the next several days as we had to replace all of the pipes in our home (unrelated incident, polybutylene pipes finally completely failed). We will only use JR from now on. It was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber. I also appreciate the fact that they do not charge a service call fee to diagnose your issue. They provide a detailed explanation and an estimate, but will not start any work until you have agreed and signed off. If you decide not to move forward with the estimate, they are just on their way with no charge to you.

Eric was very professional in every step of his job at our home. He is a pleasant and smart guy. He made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. He did his job exceptionally and let us know what our next steps should be. Great job and advice. We were very pleased.

Mr. Rooter's technician, Dale, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems quickly, made recommendations for correction and returned promptly once we received new replacement parts under warranty. He cleaned up following installation of the new parts, tested everything thoroughly and explained the one year warranty on labor. We have used Mr. Rooter's services in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks for another job well done!
