Jacob was awesome, Select home warranty did not cover my issue, however Jacob explained the essential valve we needed to eliminate our leaking valve, he had the valve on the truck and the cost was great! He gave us courteous and knowledgeable information throughout the installation and after. He and his assistant respected my home and property! He needs a raise ;p

Tom and Chandler replaced our water heater yesterday. They were on time, professional, and didn't leave any damage or garbage behind. We are very satisfied with the service and professionalism.

Modern Plumbing made time for me the same day they were contacted that I had no hot water. It was a Friday too! They removed the old one and made sure I kept water until the following Monday when they brought the new one. Both crews were professional and polite and treated me and my home with respect. I am very pleased how they handled everything.

Modern Plumbing and Backflow took great care of us. They set up a very timely appointment, and technician Santos was awesome to keep us informed as he was on the way. He diagnosed and fixed our problem, made sure everything was functioning as it should be, and did it all with a smile! Great job, Santos. We are happy to recommend this company.

Jacob couldn't have done a better job of clearing our kitchen sink in Rougemont. He had a phenomenal attitude, communicated very clearly, was very attentive to what I communicated, and ultimately got the clog fixed with the snake. He was thorough, kept the work area cleaned, and got in and out efficiently.

Nate & Chan did a hot water heater install for me today. They were personable, went out of their way to make sure I was ready, let me know when they were finished so I could quickly change my water filter while the water was off, and accommodated my request to have the pressure/temperature valve outlet drain where I could more easily see it. Great service.

Our plumbing tech was awesome and explained everything to us. He was also super friendly and funny. The prices for their plumbing services were the least expensive in our extensive research. I think it’s because they don’t advertise and they are able to keep the costs down which they pass onto their customers. Best kept secret for plumbing service and repair in Raleigh/ Durham RTP area

The dishwasher was backing up and the sink was filling with water, so I had to call a plumber. They found that there was a grease clog about 30 ft down the pipe.

Santos and Andrew was the best. I had almost lost faith due to so many hiccups with the whole process. They stayed professional, understanding,and most of all patient. With that being said I will definitely call back for all future service. These days in time the time of service they provided is not found. I won't leave out the receptionist they were beyond grate. I'm just whole heartily thankful and my family is grateful for them.Last but not least, honesty goes along way, so Thank you all for a job well done...!!! There isn't enough stars to give but I hope my review will inspire others to use and trust this company especially the ones I named....

Twice I have used my home warranty for problems and been routed to Modern. Both times were really good, great front office, great plumbers, helped me one time with submitting a claim to insurance as it wasn't covered by the home warranty.

Tom and Francisco from Modern Plumbing and Backflow were fantastic! They worked incredibly well together (efficient, professional, and clearly experienced as a team). Tom was especially patient with me, taking the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what my next steps were.
