Basic Plumbing was very helpful in replacing a bad water heater. I was able to speak to someone right away and was pleased by the quick arrival. Elvis was very knowledgeable and professionals and provided me a quick and detailed estimate. Installation was quick and clean and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Second time using this company. Highly recommended.

With this company, you get weekend service if your plumbing was installed by them. Ours is a new build well within warranty. We are having big issues on weekend- water supply gone and when we call their off hours number it rings twice and then says “voicemail has not been set up”. Horrible service. Don’t waste your money any their installs.

They did change water heater, changed in sink food disposal,faucets and serviced multiple times. Every visit over yrs we are pleased with their work and charges. will highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Great company to do business with, paid same day we delivered there pipe rack that we built and mounted.

Glen and his tech addressed an issue we had on 10/14/24. This review pertains to the rudeness of the manager / owner / Glen. The tech was okay in doing the job.

We had a gas leak and my wife had contacted them to schedule a visit to assess and fix the situation. We were told that the visit charge would be $129 which would be applied towards the repair charges if we went with them. My wife was the one who called and spoke with them.

I was calling other companies separately and found that another company would charge $79 (can be applied toward repair charges) for the visit and also had a coupon for $50 that can be applied towards the repair charges. My wife decided to still go with Westover since they were willing to come first thing in the morning.

The tech came out that day and assessed the repair. Glen from Westover then called and gave us a quote for “300 some dollars”. My wife then asked him whether they had any discount or a coupon similar to the other company that I had checked with. She was told ‘no coupon or discount’. We said okay, then the tech replaced a short yellow tube (flare connector) for the stove and fixed the issue.

The next day, my wife received an email with the invoice amount as $378 which obviously is closer to $400 than $300. Since the final amount was substantially higher compared to the other company and the original quote, she asked politely for Glen to provide more detail regarding the charges.

However, this is when the ‘berating’ and ‘belittling’ started. Glen started being very rude and downright disrespectful. He said “it looks like you need money more than I do, I’ll send you some money.” When my wife asked him if there was a warranty included for this work (which many companies have for like 30 or 60 days), he got angry and said something to the tune of “what warranty?? we just fixed your issue.”

My wife was taken aback and left the call incredibly offended - she didn’t know how to respond to him. I was at home during the whole event, she came to me very upset because of the way Glen treated her.

Basically:
I see that the most reviews are positive for this company. In fact, that is why we chose to go with them despite them being pricier
His tone and comments were uncalled for. (He was very condescending and alluded to us being ‘poor beggars’ without using that actual word.)
I’m not sure if he treated my wife like this on the account of her being a woman with an accent ?!
We did pay the invoiced amount ($378) anyways

I wouldn’t recommend Westover plumbing. Although the job done is fine, Glen portrayed a lack of basic human decency in our interaction. This rating is not about the price but rather the way we were treated and talked to.

Westover Plumbing is a diamond in the field of service, plumbing and they actually answer a phone. My family and my partnership with a GC proves this group goes beyond the normal for ethical service. I recommend Westover plumbing to all. Great Service. Great price. And always excellent support

Was referred to Westover by a builder friend when my current plumber was unable to find the source of an issue I was having with my home plumbing. With Glenn's help at Westover, he was able to diagnose the problem and quickly make the required changes. Their excellent work and estimate caused me to take care of another problem we had been ignoring inside the wall. I highly recommend Westover and their staff. Very clean an professional!

Glen and his team made the process of replacing my water heater so simple and straightforward. They were clear on what to expect, timeframe, etc. and were so pleasant. The area in my crawlspace where the water heater is located looks so much better and cleaner too! I also did some price comparison and Westover Plumbing was very fairly priced and lower than larger companies/corporations. Definitely go with the local guys you can trust for quality work and professionalism!

Austin and Remington came quickly to address a frozen pipe issue. They were professional and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly and water restored a lot faster than I expected. I would definitely recommend Westover Plumbing!

When I talked to Glen on the phone, he said he likes to have customers for life, and he sure follows through with great service. Austin did a fantastic job for us - we had to have our water heater uninstalled and then reinstalled for some floor construction. He returned quickly and early the next morning to make sure we had hot water again - and all for a very fair price. If you hire Westover Plumbing, you really may have found your life-long plumber! It doesn't get better than that!
