There is a $134 assessment fee just to come out and check the problem. Please be informed of this. While the service was great I wasn't aware that this would be the service fee in case there is no underlying issue or service is not used. Not a fault of the team and understandable why this fee exists but an FYI.

I was referred to Westover Plumbing by a trusted vendor, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Glen and his crew were fantastic! I reached out on a Wednesday to get an estimate for a new hot water heater, and within moments, I was speaking directly with the owner. He took the time to discuss potential solutions and address any installation concerns I had. By Thursday, I had my estimate, and by Friday morning, the new hot water heater was installed—quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Their service was outstanding from start to finish!

I had a very good experience with Westover plumbing. I had a water leak from a tankless water heater and they showed up promptly the next day and fixed the problem. The two men who showed up were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Westover plumbing.

Our neighbor recommended Glen and his team at Westover Plumbing and their communication, kindness, and workmanship were top-notch. When our sewage line got backed up for the third time and we realized we needed a completely new sewer and water line, the quotes we got from other companies were outrageous. By contrast -- Glen is honest and down to earth, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. He took the time to explain things to us, which made us feel comfortable with his expertise. The turn-around time was more than reasonable on the project, and we'll definitely be recommending them in the future.

Can't say enough good things about Westover. They were recommended to us so we have no prior relationship with their folks. They're responsive over the phone and willing to provide honest loose estimates for easily identifiable issues. They rebuilt toilets and showers before we moved in to our new home, installed our new water heater, and when we realized our dishwasher was leaking one evening, they were able to repair it the following morning. Pricing has always seemed fair and they've given us all information and options about how to resolve issues. I would recommend Westover to anybody, and already have on several occasions.

Great experience! The guys at Westover are accommodating, reasonably priced and do great work. What else would you want in a contractor? Glen at Westover answered all my questions and provided great ideas for a project I had. And Lance also had many helpful suggestions and did a great job with installation of toilets, as well as running lines and installing a slop sink. Yesterday I was having septic issues. Remington arrived around 2. He stayed until 7. He was wonderful. He made sure I had water and everything was safe for me to use. What a relief. He is so professional and very hard working with a lot of knowledge to back it all up. What he did was very messy and he stayed and cleaned up everything. That was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Westover Plumbing for any of your plumbing issues. Again Remington did a fantastic job for me.

Great service. Glen was a pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful and a nice human being. We had sewer lines break and they came and knocked it out within 24 hours. Luckily we only had to close for 2 days. It meant the world to us, since we are a new business and couldn’t afford to close for too long. Highly recommend these guys. You’ve got a customer for life!

We had an issue with a toilet functioning properly and requested someone come out to troubleshoot. Jacob came out to the house and listened to what the issue was and immediately started looking at the current state of the problem. What we thought was the issue was inaccurate after Jacob diagnosed what the real problem was.

Jacob was a true professional in his arrival time and listening to what we were experiencing along with some history of the performance of the toilet. Long story short, even as it got colder and frankly less pleasant to get under our home and work through all the line issues, he never complained as he meticulously inspected every possible issue that could be causing the problem now or in the future. He got us back to full service.

We were very happy to have Jacob come out. He went above and beyond which leaves
us 100% confident in requesting him again if needed in the future.

The two gentlemen that came out on a Saturday from Westover were exceptional! The job was hard to do but they were diligent, didn’t cut corners, but worked very hard and professional. DEFINITELY would recommend them greatly.

Lance showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the pipe. He tested it to ensure the leak was fixed and cleaned up. I will definitely use Westover Plumbing in the future if I have plumbing needs.

I called late in the afternoon when we noticed the hot water heater leaking. They arrived that same afternoon and corrected our problem promptly and efficiently. They’re the best!
