Warranty company sent this company to diagnosis.
The tech sent looked at flame & ignition rods without any other diagnosis, told me to keep on warranty company while they told warranty company that a maintenance issue was the cause, allowing the warranty company not to cover the problem!!! Tray bazaar how convenient for both!!!
Tech didn't even spend the 90 seconds it takes to check the water filter.
But they did send me an invoice five days later for $851 to replace the $30.00 ignition rods, descale & clean system with a $255 deposit before they come!!!!
Again, the water filter wasn't checked nor any other diagnosing.
I asked tech about pulling history codes, he didn't know how to work the key pad!!!!
Warranty company was CHW which all should be aware of.

I had the most pleasant experience with Serenity Plumbing. I was in need of a leak in the kitchen sink fixed as well as a running toilet. I like the way they sent a picture of the plumber before he arrived. The plumber,Tyrrell, was prompt, courteous, respectful of my property and most of all knowledgeable. Based on this experience, if all their plumbers are like him, I would not hesitant to use Serenity Plumbing in the future and refer them to friends. GREAT JOB!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid over 500 on top of warranty to get this fixed. Company would not respond to the warranty company so it took longer than it had to to even get them out to do the job. Then FINALLY came out to install new water heater, and still no hot water. Called back a day later, and was prioritized about a week later for recall. Appointment time was set for 8-9 and they show up hours later. Customer service was trash. Throw the whole company away. 100% would not recommend.

we went through Liberty Home Guard service. The fact that they are tied up with serenity plumbing company means that they have done their due diligence. Plumbing representatives have been amazing and their communication was prompt as well. I for the most part dealt with Chris, who was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and added more than what was asked. all our task and issues were resolved and everything is good and I would definitely recommend serenity plumbing.

Chris and Serenity Plumbing staff were fabulous. We had a running/dripping faucet and logged a ticket with our home warranty and Serenity was the assigned contractor. The Serenity team took the time to explain the process and what to expect while waiting for the warranty company to sign off. They were quick to follow up and provided updates repeatedly. Chris showed up on time and prepared. He explained the issue and process plainly in a way I could easily understand and when I asked about other plumbing questions her gave me suggestions that were very helpful. A++ service!!
