Excellent service! I was very pleased with the quick response/scheduling for the service I requested. Matt called and arrived a little before our scheduled appointment time. Definitely a rarity in scheduling a home repair service. Matt installed a new faucet set on our whirlpool tub and did an excellent job.

I had a yard hydrant that busted with no turn off at the hydrant. Only way to stop the water was to turn off at the breaker which stopped water from going to the house.
I called about 10 places,with expensive estimates to not getting any help for all types of reasons. CK Plumbing was the only one who could come out the following morning, they were extremely friendly! Tommy and Mason who came out were very nice , honest and professional. The price was very reasonable.
I would call on them again.

I was able to call and get a quick rough estimate over the phone, which made it easy to move forward and schedule the work right away. I worked with Ray, who came out and installed a new Moen kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal, and two bathroom faucets. He also fixed a water shutoff that wasn’t closing properly.

Ray was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He even suggested a few smart upgrades for the outdoor hose waterlines and provided clear quotes for some future projects. Everything was done efficiently, priced fairly, and looks great.

I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend CK’s Plumbing & Backflow for anyone needing reliable, quality work at a fair price.

After noticing a sharp increase in our water bill, we found a significant leak in our crawl space. I shut off water to the house, and as our house's heat is dependant on water and it being 20F outside time was of the essence. I went with CK's because they were able to send someone that afternoon. Andrew and Chris fixed our leak as well as a couple others they found. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality of service ensured I will be calling CK's for any plumbing or water issue we have in the future.

Matthew and the entire CK team were great to work with. We had new water lines run to an outdoor pool and greenhouse area. They were able to get the estimator out within a few days and the work to be scheduled the same week. Everyone we met were super professional, courteous, and friendly. Matthew even helped repair our water filter that was leaking when he got into our crawl space. We would highly recommend CK’s for any plumbing job.

Called CK plumbing when we realized we had no hot water at our home. They were able to come the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue. They recommended replacement of our water heater due to the age (12+ years old) as it was nearing the end of its life cycle.

Highly recommend...we've used CK's Plumbing for 5 years on many jobs: a basement bathroom renovation, backflow valve issue, toilet install & repair, moved the old house shutoff valve from a coat closet to a new 1/0 lever at first point of entry. This week Sean and Ernesto fixed a kitchen sink blockage that needed a 25' pipe snake to clear out the buildup. Their work is excellent and always fair priced so I'll keep coming back. Thanks CK's!!

These guys and gals are awesome! Call them first for all your plumbing needs. They are honest and quick! You get an actual, friendly human when you call. I had my main waterline replaced by them from the meter to my house for less than 1/2 what other companies quoted. That included calling 811 and puling the necessary permits. Joe and Steve did a great job and did it quick and were happy to explain exactly what they were doing and why. It took them less than a day. Bob was also very helpful and knowledgeable! Minimal mess was made and they cleaned things up as perfectly as possible. Their business card is waterproof too which a nice touch.

I use Raleigh Plumbing at several rental properties and most recently for new construction. Everything went extremely smooth and am super pleased with the outcome. Their staff is always very helpful.

Terry came to our home to provide maintenance on our tankless water heater. He was excellent. He arrived on time, was professional and clearly well informed. The price was as advertised with no upselling.. Raleigh plumbing is an excellent plumbing business. I highly recommend them, and give them my highest level of trust.

A van similar to this with number 64 instead ran me off the road while jumping 2 lanes of US 1 in traffic rush hour at 4.50p, nearly hitting me if i hadn't swerved to the shoulder. Of course my car is nimble and faster, i was able to catch up and get the phone and truck number. You have to be a real BIG dummy to drive a company vehicle like this, emblazoned with Company logo, Number and Identifying truck number. If motorists reported these eratic drivers, there would be less of them. Giving 4 stars because the owner listened and offered to investigate. I gave all pertinent information and I'm sure the van was GPS tagged. He was on Regency Parkway/Tryon where he joined US 1 towards Raleigh. If he was trying to get to the office by 5p, US-1 and 40E traffic is very unforgiving.

Great experience with this company. They did a great job fixing our leak and checking to make sure everything was right before leaving.

Update: We are selling our house in Raleigh and something plumbing-related popped up during the inspection. (Unrelated to any of the work previously done by Raleigh P & H.) I contacted them and John was able to quickly fit us into their schedule. Terry arrived on time and quickly addressed the issue. He was very nice young man and was thorough in his repair.

Previous review: We needed several things done at the house, including replacing toilets, supply line valves, the garbage disposal, and installing a new shut off valve. Dan was a pleasure to work with in getting it all lined up. Richard did a wonderful job getting it all done in one day. He was very polite and efficient and the price ended up being quite reasonable. We will definitely use Raleigh Plumbing again when the need arises.

Our on demand water heater wasn’t working when we got back in town recently. Raleigh Plumbing sent a plumber out the same morning and he got our heater fixed right away. The service call was very reasonably priced as well.

After calling a few plumbers for a main sewer line backup, I decide to go with Raleigh Plumbing and Heating. They were upfront with the pricing (flat rate for worked I had done) and both techs, Mark/Anthony were great. But most importantly, they showed up on time! I would fully recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Raleigh Plumbing. They were prompt in calling us back on a Saturday. Provided better estimate than other two estimates we received. Scheduled the repair right away and had our system running with in 48 hour. We will definitely use their services again.

They came out an hour after we called and worked all afternoon to get us back up and running. Very professional and friendly!

Richard did a great job getting our supplemental water heater up and running

Just had my one year service annual check up. The technician showed up on time, did an excellent job and I was back up and running in less than an hour highly recommend if you make the investment in a tankless water heater make sure you also do the annual maintenance. Riley, plumbing and heating is a trusted source. I would highly recommend them.

Raleigh Plumbing was awesome. I had received a “quote” from another plumber for replacing an Insinkerator and leaking faucet for over $1,900 which was just insulting. After sending them on their way, I called Raleigh Plumbing and Jessica was so helpful. Without the need for a service call to my house, they gave me a very reasonable standard price for replacing the insinkerator and also asked for a picture of the leaking faucet so they could order the correct one. That’s when Jessica noticed that the faucet was a Moen and had a lifetime warranty and could be replaced for just the cost of labor. Jessica ordered the faucet for me no problem. They were here today and completed both jobs expertly in just about one hour. Raleigh Plumbing is legit and I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything. 10 out of 10!

I had my main sewer line, water supply and hot water heater replaced and can truly say from start to finish - office to quoting to actual work - Raleigh Plumbing was exceptional. I had gotten 5 quotes and Raleigh Plumbing was the most experienced and knowledgeable, patient and they even had the best price. Work was done in one day. A customer for life! Thanks so much!
