I am totally pleased with Raleigh Plumbing! Gary is very responsive and a gentleman came out promptly to give me a quote. All of the work was completed in a timely manner with attention paid to the details. The price was fair. I had a sink installed in cabinets in my garage. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

John is a wonderful person and runs a great company. The plumbers are topnotch they show attention to detail.
The work is guaranteed and the prices are absolutely amazing. He doesn't try to fleece his customers. He is receptive and his clients can trust him. I do not like talking to the receptionist because she can be abrupt but I'm willing to because of John and is plumbers are the best around.

Terry serviced our tankless today and was just stellar! He was so professional, polite, genuinely kind and explained everything in detail as he was working on the flush. I truly appreciated the care and concern he took for our unit (as if it was his own.) I give the highest recommendation and have already requested him for next year! Richard arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his work, kept the workspace neat and clean, and tidied up after he was done. I found Raleigh Plumbing & Heating after cautiously contacting a long list of plumbers. I immediately felt comfortable with the owner (I can’t recall his name). He patiently answered all of my questions as I was nervous after an attempted rip off earlier that day. The gentleman he sent to my home on 9/23/24 was AMAZING! He was kind, knowledgeable, and quick. He was super personable and respectful. This company has the best plumbing prices around and they will not try to rip you off. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

For more than 23 years, Raleigh Plumbing has been there for us through multiple homes, coming quickly to our rescue for emergencies, as well as providing innovative solutions during Covid (like a “hands-free” operation pedal at the kitchen sink), etc. Our biggest mistake over the years, was allowing a home builder to use their own plumber, instead of Raleigh Plumbing, which resulted in a multitude of problems. Lesson learned…next time we will insist our home builder use only Raleigh Plumbing.

I had a terrific experience with Raleigh Plumbing & Heat, who recently replaced our leaking hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. From the initial visit, they gave us options, were available to discuss the best solution, and quickly outlined a plan.

This water heater replacement wasn't an easy project, but Dan and his team certainly made it easy for us. They handled everything from electrical to gas company to permitting, taking all the complications away. They communicated efficiently and clearly, explaining every step of the process.

I trust them, they've done an excellent job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

We love Raleigh plumbing! They are excellent and our go to plumbing company. We had a water heater leak in the middle of the night and when we called them they had after hours support that helped us work through the problem and then came out the next day and repaired it. They are very responsive and provide good service at a good price.

It was time for a replacement of my old Navien Tankless which was also installed by Raleigh Plumbing & Heating. Richard came out to do the installation. He showed up on time, took care of getting the old one out and new one in with no mess left behind. Everything works great and we are very happy with our new unit.

By far the best experience that I have ever had with a vendor. They knew what I needed just from a photo. They provided the vendor for me to get the equipment from and promptly scheduled an appointment soon as the stuff came in. The guy was courteous knowledgeable, and efficient.

Water leak from fridge and valve would not close on wall. They were excellent in response with options to fix problem. I have used Raleigh before and they are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
