Tell me and Joe arrived on time and we're Personable and professional Explaining the work and the cost involved ahead of time. After installing a new toilet, wax ring etc. they cleaned up after themselves and we're very efficient. I would use them again.

We've always called on CK's Plumbing to help us out at our restaurant when we're in need. Recently, we had our full water filtration system replaced on their suggestion, and Joe and Tommy did an amazing job. The folks at CK's are always consummate professionals.

Dom Marcelo of CK’s Plumbing did a thorough, professional job removing some original cast iron piping that was badly corroded. He replaced it with new PVC. It’s a repair this older home needed - probably long overdue- and his work exceeded my expectations.

The technicians at CK are very professional and good at their job. Dom came out on Valentines Day to take care of a water heater replacement. Very grateful for his service.

This team can have another 5 stars from me. My water heater ruptured one early morning and I called these guys asking if they could give a free estimate to replace it that day. They said yes, they came out as soon as 9AM and gave a very fair price compared to others and offered to do it same day.

Not only did they replace my water heater fast, they brought it up to code and updated the water and gas line as well.

Chris gave us several options and assured us that HE would be here for the entirety of the project.
Quickly gave us an estimate and timeline.
We accepted the bid and scheduled it. Everything Chris said would happen…did happen! Great experience and we CERTAINLY will call CK’s again.

We've hired CK's now for two jobs: one planned job replacing our service lines, and one small repair to a broken shower line. In both cases, we were really happy with our experience.

Everyone we've interacted with (in person or over the phone) is kind and professional. We've never had scheduling headaches or communication issues as is frequently the case working with home services; this is a well-run operation!

In our most recent plumbing adventure, Tommy and Ben were friendly and helpful. We consulted them about the best path to fix our leak and they were able to advise on what made sense to do now with respect to our future plans to update the shower fixtures.

Juan and partner showed up a few minutes early. Found the split in pipe going to hose bib quickly. Gave an estimate that was reasonable. Got to work immediately and finished replacing pipe and hose bib within an hour. Cleaned up the area after testing for leaks. Cannot get any better service or professional demeanor. We now have a new plumbing service for the future needs!

This was our first time using CK’s Plumbing & Backflow. I would definitely recommend them and plan to contact them again in the future when needed. Tommy and Ben did a good job of fixing my Rinnai tankless water heater. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Ben clearly explained the problems of the water heater, presented the scope of work, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After finishing the work, Tommy sent me a report complete with pictures of their work along with the invoice. I highly recommend them!

Awesome experience and service from Raymond and his assistant. Kitchen faucet had no pressure the day before Thanksgiving. They were early and fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes and intact, they showed me how I could do it myself if it ever happened again. Their rate was reasonable, CK’s has done several plumbing jobs for me during the 30 years I’ve owned my home- Raymond and his assistant exemplify why I wouldn’t use another plumbing service ever! Pleasant, respectful of my time and just plain nice guys!

Esteban Garcia was the best. He came over the same day I called with my emergency pipe burst, and was able to successfully fix the problem. He was very transparent and communicative during the entire process. I would highly recommend Esteban for any plumbing related issues you may have.

I recently had city water line hookup work completed by CK’s Plumbing and have nothing but good things to say about the company and the employees I interacted with. Raymond and Justin came out to give a quote and help walk through the process and give recommendations before the job started, and once the work began they were nothing but professional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and give recommendations based on our conversations. Can’t recommend highly enough, and would definitely work with them again in the future if I need additional work done

We couldn't be happier than with the services Tommy and Estevan provided replacing our water filtration system. They arrived on time and finished sooner than anticipated. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and they even provided helpful tips for some other minor issues.

We called CK's to help us solve a water temperature issue in our shower. Ben and Tommy arrived and spent 2 hours with us, working to find the root cause of the issue. They swapped in some new parts to rule things out, replaced our shower cartridge (as requested), and rebuilt a P-Trap that was leaking (separate issue). I really appreciated their thoroughness and motivation for trying to solve our issue. Things are working much better now! Thank you both so much.

My water heater stopping working on Sunday, 2/1. I contacted CK's via their website requesting an appointment. Megan reached out Monday morning, and despite the snowy conditions, Devon and Chris arrived and installed a new water heater! This company is very responsive and professional. I highly recommend CK's Plumbing!
