Tommy and Joe installed our tankless water heater and replaced the water pressure relieve valve. There service was professional and personable.

Needed plumbing services on short notice heading into Thanksgiving. Tommy and Ben arrived as the dynamic duo swooping in for repair. CK's Plumbing and Backflow responded quickly, repaired, and left with no mess. Two thumbs up (or 5 stars) gentlemen.

Ck plumbimg came through once again. My copper pipes next to water tank went bad over weekend. Andy came out on Saturday. And finished up Sunday due to replacing valves, pressure switch and tank that were also going bad. Great service, honest assessment of situation and best team of plumbers anywhere. I met ck 15 years ago when he was just starting and have been calling him ever since. Plumbers you can trust for sure. Highly recommend!!!!

This is the 3rd time I've been helped by CK's and I've had excellent service all three times. They are quick to set appointments and the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I was so happy with the work done by Matthew Dooda. He was very professional, explained what needed to be done and as we went through the steps. He worked quickly and the only hold up was finding the water meter. He was able to locate the meter and finished up quickly. He went through the house and ran water to get the water in and air out. Matthew did a great job!

We recently had an issue with our tankless water heater not heating water properly. Tommy and Ben from CKs came out to our home and after confirming the issue was not related to the water heater quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working properly. Both were professional and respectful. Great team!

I was able to get an appointment next day, but elected to wait an additional day and there was no concern to get me on the schedule. I was slightly put off that they did not arrive until 4:50 for a 12-5 time slot. But they did come in the allotted time after all. Raymond changed my attitude. He was very knowledgeable, was not in a rush at all to answer my questions, and provided me with several options, even discussing some minor repairs I could attempt myself if I so chose. Raymond stayed working on my water heater while I ate dinner with my family, then offered for me to contact him directly after my family had a few days to see if we were happy with the water pressure and temperature. Moving forward I will call and ask for Raymond, and Raymond alone to service my home. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you sir.

I had a shower leak I couldn't find. After a shady plumber quoted me $1,800 to tear out the entire drain system, I called CK for a second opinion. Within 20 minutes they found the actual leak, and it was just a bad bead of caulk, and I just paid the visit fee, all good. This is the second time I've used CK, and they're honest and knowledgeable. Recommend.

Tommy and Esteban were awesome! Replaced a failed valve very quickly. Showed up early and were very friendly. Took pictures, left notes, and answered all of my questions patiently. Will use CK’s again the in future.

An excellent experience altogether!. Ray and Justin were on time, professional, helpful in answering my concerns and fastidious in the quality and thoroughness of their work! They were personable and courteous as well. Actually a pleasure to have in my home. I believe the charge was fair and commensurate with time and nature of the repair. The tech was really nice, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He gave me a quote before starting the job, which I appreciated. That said, I felt a little silly afterward when I realized all he had to do was use a 15-foot drain snake to unclog the bathtub—it was done in just a couple minutes. I guess that’s on me for not knowing how simple the fix was, but it did feel a bit pricey for the amount of work involved. Overall, good service, just wish the value matched the effort. $500 to unclog the line.

CK's Plumbing fit us in the day before Thanksgiving to replace our water heater. They arrived within 2 hours of our call, were efficient and kept the work area clean, they finished in less than 2 hours, and communicated well with us throughout the process.

Matt arrived a little early and volunteered to stay a little late: Initial call for service was to modify gas piping to new oven. What worked for old oven became a problem for the new. Matt easily identified the problem and corrected in timely fashion. The repair requires gas service to be shut off temporarily. This meant gas furnace would be isolated while work was being performed. Upon completion of work and following leak test, the gas service was turned back on—but the furnace did not start. Matt pointed out that shutting down gas to furnace might place it in sleep mode, that it would come back on shortly. When “shortly” became uncomfortable, Matt volunteered to go into crawl space to see what might be the matter. But just then the heat came back on. We appreciate not only the excellent work Matt was called out to perform but his willingness to do what it takes to leave our home back up and running. We’ll done Matt!

We had Ben and Tommy come to the house to repair a leaky toilet. Extremely nice guys who even showed me how to do it myself if they weren’t available! (I asked them to)They had put in our new toilets 5 years ago and I remembered how professional and quick they were when they did that! I would give them ten stars if I could!!!

My tankless water heater is working perfectly again, thanks to Tommy and Joe! They were great, even swapping out my failing and hard-to-read controller. I also really appreciated their clear explanations of my options if I have any issues down the road.
