I really appreciated having a person answer the phone and actually respond. They really helped me out while I was out of town responding to a leak at my 94-year-old mom‘s home. They were quick, respectful and fair.

Richard came to replace a diverter in our shower head. Not only was he on time but he manged to fix our shower in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous throughout the process and even my dogs happily watched him work. He made her extra to come back after putting the trash in his truck to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Thank you!

Raleigh Plumbing did an excellent job recommending the right solution for replacement of a 25 year old 50 gallon water heater. We considered a tankless but after weighing the pros and cons of a tank versus tankless, we both agreed that a tank water heater was the correct choice. Raleigh Plumbing only installs the commercial grade tank water heater as the consumer grade does not last. We have had lots of hot water and much hotter than the previous tank to where we have it on the lowest setting on the commercial grade Pro-line. I was very happy with the experience and would recommend Raleigh Plumbing.

Eduardo was great! This was my first flush service for a tankless water heater on our new home. Having never had a tankless unit before, Eduardo was kind enough to show me how it works and what to look out for. He was very professional and I hope I get him again for future services.

Great experience from start to finish. It was a single call scheduling experience. The technician (Eduardo) was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater. They performed a full flush, adjusted the shower valves, and replaced the PRV to stabilize the water pressure. Since the service, our hot water has been consistent with no more temperature drops during showers. Fair pricing and quality work. Highly recommend.

Showed up on time was very friendly and quickly and thoroughly serviced both of our tankless hot water heaters. Provided useful feedback and was extremely friendly and efficient while here. This outfit has responded very quickly on two occasions. Their plumbers knew what they were doing and solved my problems. They charge reasonable rates. Today, James fixed my outdoor faucet and was very cheerful about it despite it taking 2 hours in the 95 degree heat. Thanks!

Deshaun was out hear this morning to find and fix a leak underground in my front yard. he was able to do that in a short time. he was very friendly and communicated what he was doing and at the end of the job explained what he did to resolve the leak. overall a great experience and a great technician I would highly recommend this company..

The phase is "Fast and Efficient ". Norman came right in and diagnosed the issue and recommended solutions. Once approved he went to work! The cost was definitely reasonable. I would highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing!

Highly recommend. Jerry came out to go over what we needed, provided an estimate then James came out to handle the work. There were few hiccups…cuz you know plumbing lol…but James did a great job (& he had jokes). All my interactions with the office staff were great too. Will definitely call them again!
