I had a great first time experience with Matthews Plumbing this AM. James came and was on-time, polite, courteous and did great work. Glad to have a plumber that I feel comfortable with. Will definitely use again.

My backflow protector failed and the city threatened to shut off all water to my house if I didn’t fix/replace it with 45 days. No store or website had stock or could predict when they would, so I called Matthews to see about repairing mine. I would’ve paid the same for a new device, but they fixed mine and it passed the test, so I’m good for a few years.

James came to our house and was a delight to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. The original technician assigned to us had to call out sick, but someone from the office was very prompt to give us a call and had our house reassigned while still keeping the same day appointment. Overall a great experience working with everyone we spoke to!

James did an excellent job explaining the service he performed today to address my concerns related to low water pressure. He was professional, patient and thorough, which is consistent across all the service technicians I've encountered. Because of this, along with their fair and reasonable pricing, I highly recommend this company.

Great experience and work done. Had to have an outdoor hose bib replaced and then shortly after needed a new hot water heater. Quick scheduling, upfront about the price, and great service. Shout out to Norman for going above and beyond and realizing my exhaust on the roof had gotten closed which could cause carbon monoxide to be going into the home. He didn’t have to look into it and did anyway bc he had a feeling something could be off, and thank god he did! Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. They were very communicative and responded to my request for a quote for a new water heater quickly and were reasonably priced. My technician Nick was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and did a great job on the installation.

We have had a plumber for the last few years but the last couple of times it's seemingly getting more and more expensive to use them. We got the recommendation for Matthew's through our realtor and the experience was great, from the desk agent to the plumber himself.

We had an issue where we were getting a sewer smell in our bathroom and could not tell where it was coming from. James came out and told us we had a dry p-trap and to run water in the tub every couple of weeks and it would be take care of the issue.

When you have issues like this, you worry about it being something major and it was great to have James come out and assess it right away and alleviate our concerns. We'll definitely call them again the next time we have a plumbing issue.

We have used them 3 times and seen Nick twice. He is a pro. Glad to know who to call if plumbing issues come up again.

Matthews Plumbing Solutions is flat out the BEST! Not only are they equipped to provide plumbing solutions but they are certified to execute natural gas line, regulators and hook ups as well. Jerry is the absolute MAN! He had incredible patience and determination dealing with my stamped concrete, concrete wall, concrete gas fire pit and grill station, irrigation and landscaping installation project. He had every right to be disgruntled with me as scope overlap and timing got shot on 2 occasions however he still came through for me stating “he understands execution doesn’t always go as planned”. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism, his unbelievable competence and kindness. He and his team are the type of folks you want to do business with. Their communication, knowledge and creative talent are unmatched. Thank you Jerry and team from the entire Woollens Family.

Nick, Aaron and jason came out and did such a great job helping me identify where a leak in my house and neighbors house might be coming from. Very knowledgable and helped look for the most cost effective solution. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. James came out and did a fantastic job. He was courteous and professional. I wish all the service people that I had out at our house were like James. He’s a testament to Mathews plumbing solutions. The owner was also very hands-on not only visiting for the estimate but also coming out on the day of work just to ensure that James was comfortable with all of the requirements for the job and answer any questions that I might have. Phenomenal company. I would highly recommend anybody who needs plumbing or septic work. I will never use another plumber.
