This company was outstanding! We had two different companies come before to try and troubleshoot the problem. None of them completely fixed the water heater problem. Once I connected with them, we quickly discussed the issue over the phone. Brandon was tremendous, courtesy, and very knowledgeable. We then had Steven (technician) at our property in a couple days. Steven explained everything, offered options, and was very professional in his work. We are happy we used NC Water Heaters and do plan on using them in the future for other services.

The technician, Ryan, was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain his process and describe what he was finding that caused the issue we were having.
My only issue as not receiving the requested text stating the tech was on their way. Which caused the tech to have to wait on my arrival.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the work done. Now to run a load of laundry and make sure everything is good. 🤓

It’s difficult to find a contractor, electrician, carpenter, etc., that you can trust and one that will do the job professionally at a reasonable price . Look no further, these guys are legit!

Hired to install a ceiling fan along with running wire and installing a box that could handle the weight. Initially, I was considering running conduit versus going through the extra work of removing ceiling boards and finish trim. (Covered porch area). Leigh, the electrician, recommended pulling one panel down and running the wiring inside. Of course, this was the right way to go, much better aesthetically; a professional finish. Along with Jim and Jeremy, the NC WatetHeaters crew had it installed in no time. Better yet, they are a “start to finish” company; electrical, drywall and painting, in my case. Finished product looked like it came with the house.

Had a great experience with these folks in replacing my hot water heater. Ryan came to do the initial quote, listened to my concerns, and he and Dave helped me make a decision that was the best balance (for me) of technology and practical solution. Very helpful - they spent a good bit of time to help me make the best decision on what hot water heater to purchase.Then on installation day, Ryan, with Tate assisting, arrived right on time, got everything installed and working quickly, and then left the area immaculate. Great assist in every way - I will reach out to these folks again for any plumbing assistance.

Jason and his partner were awesome! They took time to explain what they were doing, how the system works and what to expect. They answered every question I had, were on time and VERY professional. No leaks, no drips, no ERRORS! Highly recommended!

We had Jim and Lee out to replace our outdated and severely corroded 1950s electrical service with a brand new 400 amp service. They completed the work quickly and perfectly accommodated our requests for how we desired the new electrical install to come about. We could not be happier with the result.

It was very clear during the initial estimate we received from Jim that he is a highly experienced and skilled electrician, and him and Lee both proved it even more by swiftly and flawlessly completing a job that would have proved very difficult for an unqualified electrician.

Both are honest guys who take pride in their work and who treated us and our home with utmost respect. They handled all the permitting and inspections and even disposed of all the old electrical boxes/equipment so we didn’t have to deal with any of that. Perfect example of good service done right that made the entire process so easy for us!

Leaking shower head needed replacement … our Tech responded in a timely manner and provided us with the solutions. During the inspection of our water system he pointed out two potential issues that should be resolved. We ordered the shower head and agreed to the service call for the pressure valve replacement and an up grade for the in house water shutoff. Shortly thereafter our tech, Steve, arrived and completed all of the work on time and on budget … NC Water Heater has been our go to plumbers for over ten years. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

James Gangi did an excellent job fixing the electrical issues in our office and bedroom. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He even explained to me what he was doing while fixing our electricity as I one day want to become an engineer and technician work is something I find fascinating. Would highly recommend his services!

I actually bought the Essency water heater from them as they’re one of the few companies that actually sells them. This is our 3rd time using NC Waterheater and they never disappoint. I've had a different plumber each time and the service level is always above satisfactory, even with the receptionist. They are on time, attentive, installation and/or repair work is great, and customer service is awesome.

Excellent Service! Called on a Friday morning after our water heater went down. The person I spoke with was very personable and gathered all pertinent information needed to provide a quote and get things moving. They sent a straightforward proposal in less than 10 minutes- simple to read, understand and accept- which I did. They immediately responded and communicated next steps, guiding me along the way. An hour and a half later, they arrived and with a new water heater and installed it with utmost professionalism. They communicated with me consistently throughout the process, but not overbearing or intrusive. The service techs were excellent- adapting to a couple challenges my home presented with a smile, care and knowledgeable expertise. I have already scheduled them to do more work for me next week after I mentioned a different need to their service tech, who was very helpful. These folks are pros and make it easy for their customers.

Same day service for new hot water heater in 100 year old house. Nate and Mike were on time, very friendly, and professional. Installation was thorough and did not take too long. Great explanation of what they did with the upgrade. Very pleased with the service from the easy online request to completion.

Back in November, we were experiencing a problem with our hot water heater. I had done some diagnosing and looked at a few things, but came to a standstill. My in-laws had recently used NC Waterheaters to do some work on their house and said how awesome the entire process was. I figured I'd give them a try. I emailed in to get an appointment set up. Jason came by the house and went right to work. We found that the gas regulator was faulty. He gave me a quote to replace that, to add piping to get more length, and also to replace the unit. We just replaced the regulator and everything has been good since! I just really appreciate how knowledgeable everyone is and how nobody tried to push me in one direction or another. He even noted the account saying we replaced the regulator and to not quote/replace that if we replace the water heater down the road.

Overall, NC Waterheaters is a great company and they will be the first I call next time I have another problem!

We came home to water streaming out our garage door on a Sunday afternoon. After identifying it was our water heater, I called this company and received a call back in 10 minutes. After a quick discussion over the phone and me sending photos, the owner provided me an estimate to come replace the water heater that day. True to their word, they arrived less than 2 hours later and went to work. The two employees were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Cannot recommend this company enough.
