I was very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Rooter of Wake County. They were very quick with scheduling an appointment and timely once they arrived at the location. We needed to camera our connection to the city main as we were having problems with our main sewer line to the house. They let us observe the camera output and gave a good diagnosis of the problem. The price for this service was also much cheaper than from other companies in the area.

Very prompt and professional response even though it was the day before Christmas.

Called Mr. Rooter needing service on a listing and from start to finish the customer service staff was amazing. Kim with appointments and setting up work list all created a positive environment. Easily accommodating schedules.

Excellent customer service! Scott was our technician for the estimate and the installation. He was very courteous and took time to explain everything that was needed and outline the costs for each work item. Scott was on time for the estimate and the installation, maintained a clean work area at all times, and ensured our heater was working correctly and the faucets were free of air before leaving. It was a great experience start to finish. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and thorough. I received confirmation emails both the day I called as well as the morning that the technician was scheduled letting me know he was on his way. Jacko was prompt, super professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. Overall excellence in customer care all throughout. I would definitely call them next time we need a plumber as well as recommend them to my friends.

We suffered a leak in our kitchen, and Mr. Rooter was able to diagnose and repair the problem in short order with quality components. The technician was clearly very experienced given how quickly he worked. He arrived precisely on-time, and gave us a follow-up call 2 days later to make sure we had no problems. Since his visit, we have had no problems and we're comfortable knowing that everything is now "good as new".

Brian S. from Mr. Rooter - Raleigh, arrived on time, around 2PM, to replace our 20yo electric hot water heater. Despite the enormous challenge of where the tank was located, having to leave to buy fittings and a new drip pan, soldering the old fittings in place to the new tank, removing the old tank, and cleaning up, he left after 8PM. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in explaining and answering my questions.
We are extremely pleased with the work done and would never hesitate to call Mr. Rooter in the future, for any plumbing needs.

Mike was initially here to work on the items he quoted, but he went above and beyond the scope of the original job. We had several other small plumbing issues around the house that we mentioned, and Mike took the time to look at all of them, offering advice and even fixing some right away without hesitation.

He was incredibly supportive and helpful with everything related to our plumbing. His knowledge and willingness to assist with those extra issues saved us so much time and stress.

This company was a huge blessing! We had been dealing with a tankless water heater that would repeatedly error out and shutdown. We would reset it to bring it back temporarily. We dealt with this for several months along with other companies trying to fix it. Jack Vitale to the rescue! He came in and made a quick assessment and had my problem fixed in less than an hour! This is not hyperbole. Almost a year long issue fixed in no time! A quick turnaround too! I literally called at 10 and it was fixed at 1115. We are highly impressed! We definitely will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward.
