If I could give them 10 stars- I would! We had a tree fall on our home, and Will was there within 30 minutes of calling. The team helped that afternoon until it got dark and were back first thing on a Saturday morning to finish. Fantastic service, communication, and overall genuinely wonderful people. I can’t recommend them enough.

I recently used Raleigh Tree Service to remove a number of trees in my yard, and to trim back a number of trees as well. The experience was great from start to finish. Will completed my estimate the same day he came out to look at everything. He understood exactly what I was wanting and provided a very thorough estimate that was reasonably priced. The job was scheduled for the following week. The guys who did the job were fantastic. They did everything that was on the estimate and cleaned up everything when they were done. Definitely would use again!

Raleigh Tree Service was top notch, start to finish. They quickly got in touch with me and were able to accommodate an appointment with little wait.

The two-man crew notified me when they’d be arriving and were very promptly on time. Andrew did an incredible job of making short work of the tree. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

Afterwards, cleanup was swift and tidy. If it wasn’t for the stump, you’d never know a tree was even there.

Will runs the company with professionalism and kindness. From the first phone call to the very end of the job he responded quickly and effectively. He and his team are on time, fast, neat, confident and just overall experts at what they do! He quoted me two days for the 3 huge trees I needed removed and they finished on time. Each day the team left my property better than they found it. Porches, driveway and street blown off of debris. Their cost was very reasonable and I’m thankful I found them to do the work. I have lots of remodeling work ahead in the house I just bought and I wish each team I hire could be as good as Raleigh Tree Service. I feel spoiled by their excellence!

We hired Raleigh Tree Service to cut down seven trees on our property. We were very impressed by the excellent job done by Will Etheridge and his team. We watched as they worked carefully and efficiently, making certain no one was hurt and no damage was done to any wires or the house. After removing the trees, they cleaned up all debris so thoroughly that it looked untouched. We appreciate Raleigh Tree Service for their excellent, mess-free work and will recommend them to our friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Will and his crew at Raleigh Tree Service, but I will try. They were very professional and knowledgeable from the quote to the clean up.
Will came out and looked at what we wanted done and promptly provided us a quote complete with pictures and a detailed description of work. Once we scheduled a date to start they were timely to start working each day (yes, our project took multiple days to complete). We felt our project had a high level of difficulty, there were power lines, street traffic (both vehicle and pedestrian), neighboring homes and businesses and ultimately very large trees.
They were able to complete our project without concern or incident in the two days planned. When they left after the final day there was no indication that there had been any trees removed. They were so good, a neighbor had them come back to take down some of their trees after ours were gone. When we need tree work in the future, Raleigh Tree Service will be the call! Thank you, Will!

What started out as an idea seamlessly transitioned into a reality thanks to Will and Raleigh Tree Service. After reaching out, Will responded promptly, scheduled a free consult and came out to access our current tree situation. Having an expert confirm your ideas but also guide you towards what makes most sense based on your yard and overall needs is a must. And that's what he did. Once a date was set, Will and his team were amazingly quick and thorough. We had a total of 7 trees, one of which was a colossal pine that was diseased which required a massive crane to facilitate the removal. They had to remove one of our fence panels in order to get the stump grinder into our backyard and when it was all said and done you wouldn't have had any idea that they had even been there. They cleaned up all the debris not just from my property but also the street and made sure our fence panel was securely back in its place.

We had 30+ year old trees showing signs of rot. Will was able to tell us exactly what the problem was and gave us options, never pushing or telling us what to do. Excellent communication, very responsive. It rained for a solid week, pushing back the project but he got us back on track quickly. His team is extremely hard working, skilled and efficient. Top notch equipment ensured the job was done well and safely. Great job cleaning up. Will came to the site at completion to ensure our satisfaction. We’ll never use another tree service again. Raleigh Tree Service is a great company. If you need trees removed, call them first. Bottom line is, Raleigh Tree Service is very professional, puts the customer first and is overall a great company to work with. No surprises, no drama, just good honest service.

I called few tree removal companies and set times to meet, so they could look at the tree and give an estimate. On the first go-around only one company showed up for the appointment. Others give me a quote based on a photo I sent them. The company that came to the house, the estimator looked at the tree for maybe 5 minutes and gave me a very large quote. I did more digging on the internet for tree removal services, and one of the top-rated companies in my area is Raleigh Tree Service. I called them, set an appointment for Will to come out and look at the tree. Will and I had a good conversation about the tree, he asked questions about things in our yard that could be moved around so he could get the necessary equipment into the yard and remove the tree. He also went over the removal process and equipment they would use. Will got back to me with a good quote and I told him we would have Raleigh Tree Service to do the work. Will was great working within my schedule to get the trees removed. On the day of the removal, he and his team were on time, and he went over everything once more with me, giving me a timeline of when they would be done. Everything went great. The team had the trees removed and everything they had to rearrange in the yard back in place within a few hours. Other than the trees being gone, my back yard looked the same. After everything was done, Will sent me a text message thanking me for the business. I find that very refreshing, and I think it says a lot about a company, it shows they care enough about their customers to take time to thank them. I find this to be a rare thing these days. Phenomenal experience while using Raleigh Tree Service to stump grind & cut several trees

Start to finish, we had a smooth process working with Will, whom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire project.

The team showed up timely, well equipped, and professional.

When they were all finished up, they did a great job at cleaning up. Leaves blown, yard NOT torn up, NO MESS!

We contracted with Arbor Max to remove a 35’ maple tree in our backyard and grind the stump. The entire process from initial contact with Arbor Max to completion of the job was impressive.

I requested a quote through their website, and I received a phone call that same day to schedule a time to meet. The owner, Tim Robbins, came out to give us the quote. This was the 2nd of 3 quotes we were received to remove this tree. It turned out that Arbor Max’s top competitor’s quote was almost 3 times more! I’m so glad I didn’t just contract with the tree service with the most reviews and took the time to get several quotes. Arbor Max provided the lowest quote!

Tim initially said he would be able to take care of the tree early the following week, but may be able to fit us in sooner. Well, sooner turned out to be later that afternoon. Arbor Max really has this process down. His crew started to arrive at my home at 4:30pm. His crew had the tree down, debris removed, stump ground, and leaving my home in 40 minutes.

Great price, great service, and professional!

A huge tree fell on the back of my house during a storm a few nights ago. Ripping our metal roof, taking off the quitters, fascia and soffits. My insurance company put out a quick response call to their field of first responders and Arbormax Tree Services responded within minutes. They arranged for their arborist to be at our house first thing the next morning to assess the damage and how to best proceed with removal and clean up. The arborist / owner Tim Robbins could not have been more professional. Tim has numerous professional certifications and we found his knowledge about tree health and placement quite helpful. He took the time to explain why that tree fell on our house. While on site Tim contacted his team and made arrangements for the team to arrive following morning.
Bright and early we had a full professional crew and all the equipment they needed out here to remove the tree. Everyone on the Arbormax team did a great job removing the tree from the house, cutting it up, and cleaning up the branches and sticks. They were experienced, efficient, available for any questions, and put safety first. They were an impressive, cohesive team.

Called ArborMax for an estimate on the removal of a 80 ft dead tree in our backyard. Tim came out at the time he said he would and discussed our options, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a quick estimate. I called ArborMax after receiving another quote for some tree work. Tim, the owner and arborist, came and out chatted with me about the trees in my yard. Was looking at having a pine tree removed, 10 pines cut back and discussion about a river birch close to the house. Ultimately we agreed to remove one Pine tree and leave the others alone. The other company I called suggested that I remove 2 trunks from the river birch but Tim said that would kill it. Tim spent some time showing me how to trim a Japanese maple I have that the previous owners had butchered.
We had to reschedule a few times cause of the rain and the office was always on top of getting me rescheduled.
I will say they did an amazing job when they took the tree out. They spent more time setting and cleaning up than actually removing the tree. We were amazed.

Thanks again for an amazing job. The neighbors have repeatedly commented on how much better the house looks and how it was fun watching your guys take the tree down with the crane.

The best company in the Triangle hands down when it comes to tree cutting and maintenance. Tim, his manager and his crew of workers are not only professional, but work very hard to satisfy the customers. I have used them on three occasions and they did an awesome job every time. This is a family company and these men keep their word, which is hard to find people like them nowadays. I live at 245 W Cornwall near Downtown Cary and if it wasn't for them my backyard wouldn't look like that. I've known them for over 15 years they have been in business and they never let me down. I recommend them to all my family and friends. If you want to come look at my backyard as a reference you're welcome to come see it how it looks and you can see my neighbor's backyard to show the difference because both houses had dense wooded lots. Tim and the crew from Arbormax did a great job on removing my trees. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to some quotes I received from their competitors. They took out 6 pine trees and one sweet gum tree all in one day. They were professional and efficient. I rarely run into companies that do this good of a job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal. I am not any easy person to please and rarely can be asked to write reviews so you know they did a good job for me.
