Great experience with ArborMax! Had a ton (30+) trees taken out and stumps ground. Tim and his crew worked efficiently and safely. They were honest and timely and cleaned up the site when they were finished.

ArborMax Tree Service’s crew did an excellent job dealing with our tree removal and trimming needs. In 3 hours, they masterfully took down 3 large pines (60’+) and a small, damaged maple using a crane as well as taking out a large oak limb and a large popular limb using tree rigging methods.

The way the team worked together was like watching a well-choreographed dance. From topping the trees and navigating the pieces through our existing trees, to the mulching of the branches and the cleaning up of the site, to leaving me the mulch to use around my yard, I was completely impressed. Taylan, the arborist, was great to work with as she talked through our needs with my wife and me. She was very practical assessing the health of the trees as well as factoring in our desired landscaping and home safety goals. We will definitely use them again for any future tree cutting needs.

These guys blocked off our street on garbage pickup day and didnt tell the neighbors they would be doing work so pickup didn't happen until a neighbor who works for toc took the cans down the street and called to get the garbage trucks back. It was extremely disrespectful to our entire neighborhood; guess who we'll never use to do tree work. They said they don't know the trash schedule but all they had to do was look at the street with all the trash cans out and help resolve the issue but didnt.

A+ Tree Svc was amazing.They took a fallen tree out of our yard. They were on time, efficient and left the yard in pristine condition. We will call them for other tree work.

A Plus Tree & Crane in Raleigh are the best! Wish I had known about them years ago! They were very quick to do an estimate and scheduled tree removal almost immediately. I had a really huge tree in the fenced-in backyard where the only access was a 4 ft wide gate, plus there was an arbor they had to go through. They did a great job, meticulously removing the tree bit by bit. (I had declined the use of a crane.) I'm absolutely amazed at how careful they were and that they did not damage even one tiny plant surrounding the tree. Will definitely hire again!

Excellent company to work with for tree service. The employees were friendly and efficient. They cleaned everything up when they finished. The price was better than my previous tree service. I highly recommend A+ for tree service. I plan on using them again the next time I need service.

Highly recommend A+ tree removal. I needed 11 large trees removed. Lauren was on my property late in the afternoon to give an estimate and I had the estimate that same night. Took a week for their competitor to give me an estimate and turned out to be much higher price than A +. The crew was amazing. Did a great job with the removal and clean-up. Definitely having them back to take out some more trees. They were fun to watch. Absolutely amazing!!!

A+ Tree and Crane removed a large sugar maple from my property. They did a fantastic job. The entire team was professional and efficient. They were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal.

I had these guys come out this week to remove two very tall dead pines. They were in the backyard, where I was concerned about equipment damage to the yard and have a pool that had to be navigated around. They were here for a few hours. When they left, they left the grass unharmed. You couldn't even tell they were here. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves everywhere they were. I would highly recommend them.

A+ removed 9 very large trees around our house, one branch at a time. It was very tedious and potentially dangerous. These guys were awesome. They were very well organized, had all the right equipment, and handled the job very professionally. They communicated with me very well, making suggestions, letting me know their strategy and asking permission to clear nearby bushes. I appreciated their straightforward approach. They did a great job and at a competitive price. We had 8 large pine trees removed from close proximity of our house using their crane. 6 hours of work later, it seems like nothing ever happened except for the trees being gone. They were hard-working, didnt disrupt the neighborhood during the process, and very thorough in cleaning up.

Our neighbor had a tree fall over in their yard and another company was charging $2500 for removing 5 trees. That company removed them but destroyed their yard, turned their grass yard into a dirt field. Our quote was only a little more expensive (because it was 8 trees) but the service was a lot better. The crane removed the tree in sections and didnt damage our yard at all. Its like they were never here.

Also, the process was so quiet with the crane. My wife was able to nap with my 2 year old during the process. There was no loud booming like you get when felling trees. The quote matched the final price, no changes, which I was worried about with other previous home improvement projects. The crane got to the house the night before apparently (when I woke up at 5:15 I saw it on the way to work) so they were well prepared.

Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love A+ Tree Service. We've used them twice and they have always been professional, super responsive, on time, and have done excellent work. They even came out on a Saturday when our tree fell into the street. Great price and cleaned up all the debris, definitely recommend!!

We called over the weekend to schedule an estimate. Received a call Monday morning and someone came out very quickly for an estimate. We were able to have the tree (which was hanging over and destroying the ~10 year old roof) removed that same week. Communication was quick and responsive and text messages to let you know when the crew was on the way. They also had a great pricing policy. Highly recommend.

A+ Tree & Crane Services has a highly motivated crew that gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Hurricane Michael had dropped a huge poplar tree that embedded itself deeply into my roof and a large oak tree in my front yard. I had two tree companies tell me that they did not have the equipment to attempt the extraction from the house. Kenny from A+ arrived at about 2pm on the Tuesday following the storm to assess the damage and designated it as a priority job. By 5 pm (the same day!) the crew had started to arrive. I believe they said they had already completed three previous jobs that day. While the crane crew was setting up for the extraction of the tree from my house, the rest of the crew began removing the huge oak that had blown over in the front yard and the debris scattered in the yard. Everyone knew their job, and watching them work was amazing. I had several conversations with Hunter, as he was the coordinator of the crew, but my enduring admiration goes to Alfredo. He was fearless and seemed capable of doing everything. He was a true artist: he was skilled with the saw, he directed the crane for pickups, he ran the stump grinder, he even spread the tarp back on my roof and stapled it down as I held the flashlight. I could never say enough good things about the crew that came to my house. In three hours time, they had removed the two trees that had been blown down, as well as two additional trees that were damaged but not blown completely down, ground the stumps, replaced the tarp on my roof, and cleaned up all the debris. The crew from A+ was proficient and professional, and the amount of work that they accomplished in three hours was truly mind-boggling.

I had A+ Tree & Crane Service removed a lot of dead branches over a couple of sheds in my back yard in Garner and was so pleased with the service I called back the same day to schedule another Service at a house in Cary. A+ is a first class company, reasonably priced, and provided exceptional service from their office staff, estimator and the actual crew doing the work. Chris and crew arrived on time as promised, performed the tree trimming and removal, and cleaned up before walking around with me to be sure everything was done. A+ Tree and Crane Service will be my first call next time I need tree work done.

Excellent work performed by A+ Tree and Crane Service. I could not believe how fast the job was done. Working with office staff was A+. Very responsive, professional and friendly. Made quoting, scheduling and billing seamless. My neighbors were concerned about the size of the tree and debris being all over the neighborhood.
