Excellent service and actually affordable.

We had 3 trees taken down that were too close to our house. One tree was quite tall and leaning toward the house.

I filled out a form online and someone got back to me the following business day to schedule someone to come out in a couple days to do an estimate. The next day I had an estimate in my inbox. I approved the estimate online and they called me to schedule the removal.

The guys arrived on time and made quick work of the smaller trees. The third, large tree, they took their time setting up guide wires. Once the chainsaws started, they made quick work of the tree. It fell exactly where they aimed it.

The whole processes took less than 2 weeks. I'm so relieved to have piece of mind when the next storm rolls around.

The folks at ArborMax are amazing! From the start, they were extremely professional and responsive. We received a call to schedule our free estimate the same day we submitted. They sent someone out who got us a quote and the work done all within a week. The men did an excellent job getting several invasive trees off our fence line. And then they also did a very impressive job pruning two giant trees that had some massive branches hanging over our house. We will absolutely use them again for any future work and will be recommending their team to anyone who is looking for tree services in the future. Cannot say enough great things about the experience.

Great experience! The Arborist that came out regarding a tree needing to be cut down was knowledgeable and punctual. The crew that actually took the tree down were also knowledgeable, punctual, fast and friendly. The price we were told regarding project was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed tree services.

Called them about two tree removal. They were quick to get back with a quote and scheduled me two days later. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They had great communication and made sure where my septic tank was located before moving their truck to the back yard. They cleaned up and left the yard in great condition. Arbormax helped us with tree extraction in April 2025. We discovered Arbormax through a recommendation from a neighbor here in Wake County. Tay met with us and we were immediately impressed by her knowledge as an Arborist and her willingness to generously share her time to explain the process of tree removal at our home. She graciously agreed to be present at the time of tree extraction to respond to any questions we might have. The crew including Tay’s brother and husband were efficient, courteous, and timely throughout the experience. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend their tree service to anyone.

We have used Arbormax a couple of times before with good results . When last week’s storm caused a large pine to tilt ( only kept up because it became entangle in the canopy of another tree)
I called Arbormax the next day and their rep was on site soon afterwards .
When they arrived to remove the tree, their heavy equipment was almost surreal to watch in action. The workers made short work of trimming the branches , sectioning and loading the trunk, and cleaning the debris . Very professional and fair pricing .

Huge Poplar tree was growing right next to a house we purchased. Arbormax quoted me the lowest price, and the fastest removal time. They did not disappoint! They also took care of the stump for a very small fee. I highly recommend their services.

I am very pleased with ArborMax Tree Service for the cutting and removal of six mature tress in my backyard. This morning I received a phone from the ArborMax owner explaining that because it had rained in the early morning hours and as a result the soil would be wet my lawn could possibly be damaged as a result of the heavy equipment required to do the work. Brandon, the owner, gave me the opportunity to postpone this work or accept the risk of damage. I elected to accept this risk and am happy that I did.
The ArborMax team descended on my property shortly after my agreeing to go ahead with the work and they could not have been more professional, competent and flexible. Levi, the manager in charge of the ArborMax team was focused and extremely safety conscious about the team's every move. His consideration of doing the least harm to my property balanced with the safety of his team was exceptional.
After less than two hours ArborMax had cut all tress, gathered all debris and restored my yard to its original state minus the tree removal. Actually, my yard was better looking after their work was completed.
I highly recommend ArborMax and would have them back without hesitation.

A great crew safely and quickly removed a huge dying oak tree from our wooded lot. They did not damage the nearby trees and had everything cleaned up before we knew it. They were done in just a few hours and we were very satisfied.

We needed some trees trimmed back, that were hanging over our carport area. These guys did a fantastic job!

I hired Arbormax to help me clean up my small back yard, including removing brush, trees, and an enormous mess of strangler vines from one of my very tall, very old trees. They did an excellent job. The team was on time, courteous, and got the job done efficiently for a fair price. Clean up was great too. I now have more sunlight, and my giant tree can breath again! Thank you Arbormax team!

Had 12 pines removed from backyard, and a white ash limbed up. Price was very good for the number of trees. Communication with the team was excellent, very responsive. Tree crew showed up on time with crane, skid stirrer, chipper, and dump truck. Big crew made quick work of it. Crew was very polite and friendly. Fun watching people who know what they are doing work. I would highly recommend.

I will never go through any other tree company. The professionalism, promptness, fair pricing, and excellent work is what will keep ArborMax as my first call when needing work done. Hands down the best!

Arbormax did an excellent job removing 2 trees close to our home today. The crew was very professional and courteous. we highly recommend Arbormax.

They did a great job taking down the trees. It was fascinating to watch. They also did a great job damaging our fence and gutters by allowing a crane to drop a tree which landed on our house. A crane that was not supposed to be used, that was not listed in the work order and that crane also cracked our concrete driveway into pieces. After a several conversation’s with the owner of the company, by phone, email and text message we were promised multiple times that we would be reimbursed for the damages. Now after 3 months they have not sent the promised reimbursement and are no longer responding to our questions about the status of the reimbursement. No response is a response. Their carelessness has cost us a lot of money in repairs to the damage they caused and for them to say multiple times that they would reimburse us for the damages and then never send the reimbursement is a complete lack of customer service and unfortunately causes us to believe they do not care about their customers after they have been paid. We immediately paid them for their services the day they were completed, however now after promising to reimburse us for the damages, they still have not paid us in 3 months. Definitely not the definition of customer service..

ArborMax Tree Service was fantastic! They were on time, safe, took down 13 trees in my backyard including 3 very large trees, and were super courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, and all my neighbors were amazed at the work they did. Thank you so much ArborMax!!!

I called to get an estimator out to look at my property and the gentleman who came was so knowledgeable and honest about what should be a priority removal and what to look out for. The team who came to do the tree removals was extremely fast and skilled! Incredible work was accomplished for just one day of work. Then the gentleman who came to remove the stump was just as skilled and fast. We had one stump right next to the fence post and he was extremely careful and still did a very thorough job. I cannot recommend this team enough!! My neighbor even used them too and we both had great experiences!
