A big oak tree fell onto and through our house at 4:30pm on a Monday. On Tuesday at 11:30am, Tim was on the scene. He talked with us and said he'd get his crew. Less than an hour later he drove down the same street in his big crane. He and his crew worked for the next eight hours and the tree was off our house less than 28 hours after it fell. They were professional, friendly, helpful, kind, and thorough. They showed that they cared about our house as they removed the tree. And while I hope that I never need their services again, I would call them in a heartbeat! Thanks, ArborMax!

Arbormax did an incredible job on dealing with 3 cracked branches in a hard to reach spot. They were in touch by phone after I left a message. I had Tim, one of their arborists, on site within two hours of talking with the office. Two hours after that I had a crew with a crane who was able to maneuver the damaged branches from a mature oak without any problems. I'm really glad a friend recommended them to me. More than happy to recommend them as well.

Tim, you and your crews did a great job on a challenging oak tree.! My large oak tree was a beautiful centerpiece of my deck (I built my deck around it ten years ago) until it died this summer. It was large and removal of it required a crane to lift it over top of my house. I contacted Arbormax based upon a reference from Tommy Hicks of Hicks Tree Service. Arbormax was quick to respond, analyze, and present a quote for removal. They were very competitive with their bid and I accepted it after a professional discussion with Tim. We scheduled the date, and Tim's crew were prompt in arriving with a professional looking crew and equipment. The job was executed perfectly. The mulch, at my request, was nicely piled and placed where i asked. The logs for my firepit were neatly stacked and placed. The clean up was spotless. Thanks Tim and Arbormax for the great job! We have used a number of tree services in the 24+ yrs that we have lived in Cary and Tim Robbins and the crew from ArborMax have been the BEST! Prompt, personable, courteous, efficient and VERY reasonably priced. I have had large trees removed by crane lift previously, but not with the precision and expertise of the ArborMax crew! They did an excellent job setting up and removing my 3 trees in a minimal amount of time. Once completed, they cleaned up the yard, driveway and street of ALL debris before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree service and will surely use them in the future!

We used ArborMax for removing two trees and trimming back multiple branches off of our home and garage. They were extremely good with their communications to us (Brittany in the office is great too) The guys who came to do the estimate were very knowledgeable about the trees! One guy mentioned to us about the trees that were needing to be trimmed off of our roof that we didn't even notice. No doubt saving us some more money down the road to replace shingles.

The crew that showed up to do the work were on time and courteous, and did a fantastic job! They were done in under two hours and cleaned everything up. The stumps were ground a day or two later as promised. Very impressed with this company. Of course we heard about them from our friend who used them two years ago and were equally as satisfied.

Best Tree Service In Raleigh - The owner is very kind and easy to work with. He's been very understanding and nice to the team at Fallon's Flowers, a flower shop in Raleigh, NC. I wish I could leave him a million 5 star reviews, but this account is all that I have!

We called Arbormax to take a tree down that was too close to our house. They were quick to return our call and quick to schedule an estimate. The quote was reasonable and the service was great. The scheduled appointment was within a week and the team was on time and complete within a couple of hours. I'm very satisfied with the work they completed and would recommend their services to anyone. (I also picked up some good tips on proper tree planting).

Tim and his crew are the best! Tim came to my house to give me a free estimate and after our agreement, he and his crew came on the scheduled date to cut down nearly 200 trees of various sizes at a highly competitive price. There were about 12 guys who worked from 7AM to 7PM non-stop. I've never seen such a dedicated and determined team of workers! I was highly impressed! I couldn't have cleaned my backyard if it wasn't for Arbormax! Thank you, Arbormax for a job well done! I have recommended and will recommend them to all my family and friends!

We went into the whole tree removal thing with serious trepidation. I know just enough about cutting down large trees to almost get myself killed doing it (that's another story) and had never used a tree service in the past. Luckily, our neighbor had used Arbormax recently when another firm let her down and recommended them. Tim the owner came out quickly and gave me an honest estimate that I liked even though it wasn't the cheapest one I had. We went with Arbormax because we had four monster pines that needed to come down (include 135 and 127 footers) and they own their own crane so I felt confident they knew what they were doing. Boy was I right. The crew came out on a Saturday, worked hard all day and never gave us the least concern that anything might go wrong or that the job promised wouldn't be the job done. In short, they were excellent. Tim and his father even came out today (a Sunday!) and finished the clean-up and stump grinding, exactly as promised. I can't think of a single criticism and when I asked my wife she said the same thing (and my wife is picky). Strongly and EMPHATICALLY recommend you give Arbormax a call, especially if you have a big tree removal project.

Wow! We are so impressed with ArborMax. Punctual, professional, great quote, this company knows trees! We had two large pines removed, no small feat, especially when they had to dance around other trees to do the job. They took care of everything - protecting the grass and the driveway, shredding and hauling away the trees and branches. They cleaned everything up and were done in 2.5 hours. Like I said, Wow! Crew was respectful and communicated well. Price was fair. Worked well together as a team and it showed. Impressive to watch them take down several trees between 2 houses with in 75 ft of each other and a fence with no issues. Well just one, slight damage to a step on our stone patio Considering the project scope that is not bad. They called us back without hesitation on a solution to addressing it.

Arbormax was amazing. I had a cluster of 3 very tall trees that were rotten at the base of the trunk. Tim came out to give me an estimate. Extremely friendly & professional. He not only gave an estimate that was lower than any of the others I got, he offered to get the trees down that day! His crew was wonderful, friendly, and very efficient. After everything was done, they went above and beyond to clean up everything..... from the yard, driveway, street, and anywhere else debris happened to fall. Everyone was great! I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I ve already got my neighbor calling. I m so happy I went with this company. They exceeded my expectations & more.

Arbormax was wonderful to work with! Tim the owner came out to give us an estimate and gave me valuable information about all of the trees our my yard. They are a company that truly loves trees but also understand the importance of removing dangerous ones. We had 3 trees removed along with some dead branches. The crew that came out was amazing. They were very meticulous and cleaned up any mess that they made. We will definitely be calling these guys back out for any future tree issues.

We contacted Arbormax to get an estimate on some overgrown trees on our property. From the first conversation with them, we have had nothing but a great experience.

We received an estimate to get several trees removed, as we thought we had no other choice. Some companies would have simply come in and provided an estimate for completely removing the trees just to get a payment from us. Arbormax wasn't that way. Instead they provided a very well thought out and knowledgeable explanation as to what could be done to remove only what needed to be removed, and how to clean up and preserve the remaining trees for years to come. They explain everything very clearly, provided us with their recommendations and left the final decision to us. At no time did we feel pressured to only go with them. In fact due to scheduling conflicts of ours, the work could not be completed prior to an Angie's List coupon expiring, but Tim honored it anyhow..

On the day of installation, Thomas, David and Pablo arrived as scheduled, and went right to work. The entire team was polite and professional the entire time they were at my home. The limb and tree cutting were done swiftly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves completely. The area looks fantastic and we could not have been happier with them.

If we ever need any work done in the future, Tim will be the first person we contact.

Arbormax had a scheduling mix up but Tim and crew made good and did come over yesterday to trim my 4 large trees on the property. They went all out and did a fantastic job all around. I like the fact that they made good on the scheduling issue and took ownership to get this resolved. You know reputable companies when they correct mistakes and own up. These guys are amazing. We had ten large pine trees removed from our residential property. Six of them were very close to our house or our neighbors house. They were able to remove them without any issues and not a scratch on either house. Their team and equipment (including a huge crane and multiple vehicles) did an excellent job. We had 4 bids for this job and felt most comfortable with their pricing, professional appearance and knowledge from the very beginning. The final price (including grinding the stumps) was less than a 1/3 of a comparable well known tree removal company. We are very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend them. We had ArborMax tree service come to prune our trees a couple of weeks ago. I should mention that the position of the trees is somewhat challenging around our yard. Some of them are either very close to the house or at an awkward place on a little hill that makes it very difficult/impossible to bring in a crane.

ArborMax did outstanding work taking great care to not damage our property. For example, I was impressed to see the care and patience the workers took when they were tying every single branch before they cut it so as to avoid unforeseen consequences when it fell.

Jordan and his team at ArborMax were excellent--professional, courteous, responsive. They did a great job trimming several large trees in my backyard and getting rid of dead branches and overhang. The crew cleaned up after the job was done and it was spotless. Could not be more pleased. Very reasonable quote.

ArborMax did an excellent job removing 6 live trees and one dead tree from our front and back yards, as well as trimming some trees away from our roof. We had large sweet gum and oaks in the front which were fairly close to some power lines, and they did the work safely and efficiently. We were left with some fairly large stumps, which were mostly ground up, but some pieces of stumps were left behind which were difficult to see under the amount of stump mulch created by the grinding. After contacting ArborMax, they came back out at no additional cost to ensure the stumps were fully ground. I can't complain about the great customer service. The price was right, too, compared to some other quotes we received. They left the work site reasonably clean for a tree removal service - I would expect some equipment track marks and a little bit of dirt. I would use them again.
