A+ Tree and Crane did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Starting with the estimator, Kenny. I asked for a quote on a large tree in the front yard and just casually asked for a price to clear half of my backyard. Hired them on the spot because the price was right and I trusted what Kenny said could be done. Ronnie and his crew showed up the very next day. They had a really big job to do and brought the right crew, trucks, bobcats and everything that you can imagine that was needed. They cut lots of trees, ground stumps, cleared undergrowth and leveled the backyard so I now have space for my grandson to play. My only regret is I did not take before pictures to compare.

They were very professional, punctual, safety conscious and amazing bobcat drivers. This team is like a well oiled machine and it seems like they really enjoy their jobs and team. I highly recommend A+ to anyone that needs tree removal in the future, and I will be using them again soon.

Quality work. On time scheduling. Very efficient crew that took down 2 trees, ground the stumps, removed the chips, and blew off my driveway in 1.5 hours. Fantastic company to deal with. I found the website to be helpful and received immediate response.
I had a large crepe myrtle trimmed and large box bushes removed.
To receive a quote, Kenny came out and I told him my wants. He was able to add notes for the job scheduled quickly a few days later.
When the team of 6 showed up, they were eager to get to work. They worked efficiently to complete the task.
I would recommend being onsite to ensure your plans are executed to your specifications since the manager on duty is reading the notes from a quote.

I've used A+ Tree and Crane twice and both times the work has been excellent. The office team is very responsive and the crew that did the work is very skillful and they work efficiently together.

From the estimation process to the job completion, A+ Tree & Crane did a great job. For the estimation process, they did an excellent job walking the lot and explaining the options for each problem area, as well as making appropriate recommendations. On the day of, the crew leads took the time to walk the lot, and ensure they had the trees marked that were being removed. Once they went to work it was a smooth operation. This was a significant job to remove a number of large trees including a Pin Oak, Maple, and Sweet Gums. The team was able to complete the job including cleanup in under 6 hours total including a break for lunch. The team works well together and a number of the neighbors enjoyed watching the crane and related machines do their work. I also had multiple estimates done, and their estimate was both documented and priced the best. I still have a few trees on my radar and highly recommend their team.

The crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and were focused on all the jobs. They worked quickly but carefully. They cleaned up the area beautifully. The foreman(?) was friendly and supervised everything well. The office staff was great too. If needed, I will most definitely use A+ again!!

What really impressed me was their honesty. They shot me straight about the situation, even though it meant there wasn’t any work for them to do. We recently hired A+ Tree & Crane to remove a diseased pine tree and grind the stump in our backyard near our fence, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

This Tree company is very professional and the equipment they brought to my property was absolutely amazing. And the crew that they brought was very well educated on all the equipment and they were operating like a well oiled printing press everyone knew exactly what they were supposed to do, that was very reassuring that my property was in good hands, when it was time to remove these two very large maple trees. However there are some very evil people that wrote a disgraceful review on the work they preformed on my property weather they are another tree company playing dirty politics , or an ex- employee I don't know, but one thing I do know is It's A bald faced lie. Because A+ Tree and Crane did an excellent job and even cleaned up a pile of old brush I had lying around my property no questions asked. Great Job "Team " With all being said don't believe those fake reviews about A+ because with me being a landscaper I know how a job is suppose to be left, just the way they left my yard. "In great shape" As you may notice in the photos that my tropical plants are still standing, they only broke one leaf " Thank God" and that was from a dead branch. 👍

I competitively quoted six companies in the area and A+ won my business for several reasons. They had great customer responsiveness, had great reviews, provided a detailed quote and liability information, offered the best holistic value (they were not the least or most expensive) and a proved to be a quality service. A+ did a terrific job with removing two 75' tall, 32" diameter base loblolly pines that were close to my home. I highly recommend them for tree services.

The service provided to me by A+ Trees has made me reevaluate every other interaction with a professional tree service. I couldn't be more impressed with the responsiveness and price I was quoted. I had signed a quote in haste and agreed to a price much higher than my original quote. They were quick to inform me that they had entered an incorrect price and immediately corrected that on my behalf. Everyone involved was friendly, professional and relaxed. They came recommended from our fence contractor after we got home from vacation and found a fallen tree on our fence. Called and immediately picked up and got Lauren out within a few hours who also checked our other trees (we live in a super wooded area and have LOTS of very tall trees). She was super informative and helpful and got me a quote not even 2 minutes after leaving the house. Got on their schedule quickly and the crew was in and out in about under an hour. They removed the fallen tree, cut down the remainder, cut down another dead cherry tree, and removed some dead branches that were above our bedroom. They even leaf blew our lawn! And another man (I'm assuming a supervisor) came out to make sure we were happy once the job was done. Have already recommended them to our neighbors and will definitely be using them for our yearly tree maintenance. Thanks y'all!

We had a great experience with A+. They were quick to come out and look at our trees, were accommodating when we needed to make a few adjustments to the final plan, and had a much better price than a second quote we received. On removal day, they arrived early and masterfully removed 6 large trees by 4pm. They cleaned up afterwards so we'll you almost wouldn't know anyone had been there if it weren't for some stumps. 🙃 Would recommend without hesitation.

A+ Tree & Crane Services Inc. did an amazing job removing two trees in the front of our yard with professionalism, quality, and value. For the two trees that we are going to remove, one is close to the sewer line and water line, the other tree was close to the house. A+ Tree and Crane Services office connected to the City dig line and marked all the utilities first. Before the work, the estimator came to check the marks again to make sure the dig would be safe and would follow the North Carolina state law requirement. During the tree removal process, their team was thinking carefully and did excellent work with high quality and professionalism. I recently hired A+ to take out 13 large trees in my backyard with their crane. Ronnie and his crew were punctual, professional, safe, conscientious, and took a great deal of pride in their work. They left my yard and the street in front of my house cleaner than how they found it. Watching the crew do their work was fascinating. It was like watching a well choreographed ballet as each team member knew what to do at the precise time required. Ronnie’s team is a well oiled machine! A+ gave me an extremely good price for the work. I hired them again this week to clear out 20 years of growth in the backyard of the house we just moved into. Once again, Ronnie’s team came out and did a masterful job in clearing out the jungle back there. I am very happy with the quality and thoroughness of the work that was done, and the job was completed in a very short time. I will be hiring them again in the very near future. A five star company in every aspect!! If you want the job done right, hire A+!

We could not be more pleased with the work the A+ Tree and Crane Service crew did! We unfortunately didn’t catch anyone’s names as we had another crew working on the house at the same time. The whole process from receiving a quote to scheduling the work to the team that showed up was seamless. Team to quote came out the next day (I submitted a request online in the evening after hours) and had a very competitive quote that once was approved they were able to schedule a crew the next day. The team worked quickly and was flexible to meet my last minute request to save some of the limbs - we were having a willow oak trimmed and my husband wanted some wood to use with his smoker. I can’t believe how good the yard now looks or how quickly they took care of the project. Last but not least the crew took excellent care of a baby squirrel nest they found and I appreciate so much not only the care for the job and property but also nature around them. Would recommend to anyone and if we need tree services again they will be my first call!

Update: Would give 6 stars if we could! we had a total mess of a time writing a check and mailing it to A+ Tree and Crane and even though the situation was in no way their fault (another company at the same address cashed the check), A+ tree and crane went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, were extremely kind and understanding, and took initiative in dealing with this company even though it wasn’t at all their job to and at the end of the day we owed them money. They even sent a gift card in the mail to us after everything was sorted - you just don’t find that kind of customer service and we are so glad we chose A+ tree and crane!

Update 2: We have now used A+ Tree & Crane a second time and year later, and might have had an even better experience this time than the first! I’d like to call out especially Lauren for coming out and carefully reviewing the scope of our project and making helpful recommendations, Raquel and the office staff for managing scheduling - especially when the weather delayed our project, and last but not least Ronnie and the crew!! Ronnie reviewed the project again with us morning of, and I really appreciated his attentiveness to the already existing cracks in the driveway and his recommendation to cut manually rather than risk a crane damaging. Once again we asked last minute for the wood to be saved, and once again A+ tree and crane went above and beyond to not only prep the logs but also stack them neatly in the corner. The work site was immaculate when they left - 1000% better than it looked before! Thank you A+ for this A+++ service!!

I called A+ for an estimate on Monday. They scheduled the estimate for Tuesday and came out and performed the job on Wednesday. Within 3 days my project was cometed. They removed 2 large trees, educated me on the trees in my yard, and ground 2 stumps. The price was fair. They also did all the work in an hour. I am super satisfied and impressed. They really did live up to their name!

The trees were in a very tight area which required expert precision in order to avoid my neighbor’s property as well as safely maneuvering around power lines. During the estimate I received an experienced opinion on the equipment needed in order to complete the job quickly and efficiently. The price I was quoted was very fair. The crew arrived on time, the trees were cut and the stumps ground in less than 3 hours. All of the workers were professional and they worked very well together from traffic control, log & branch removal as well as clean up. I recommend A+ for all tree removal needs and I would definitely use again if needed in the future.
