Lineberger's was working at my neighbors house and i needed only one tree removed so i hired them on the spot. As i have learned since, they were 50% higher than the competition, and took advantage of the fact I was in a hurry. They also never provided a written estimate or a final invoice.

The service was performed in a satisfactory manner so no complaints there.

I was running late for work so i cut them a check which was from the wrong account. Upon learning that the check bounced from the bank I immediately contacted Lineberger to make it right, before they even realized there was an issue. Upon contacting them and agreeing to pay the returned check fee, the President of the company told me the following:

"you cannot seem to manage your banking issues" and that " you should tell my neighbors that you bounce checks". Direct quotes from the email sent by the President of the company to me.

I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by anyone in my life.

I advise you to steer clear of this company, not because of the service, but because they do not value their customers at all.

Delivered 25 yards of triple shred mulch. I've been using Lineberger's for years and they are a great business to work with. Online ordering, prompt delivery, friendly staff and a quality product. You can't go wrong with Lineberger's!

We had 4 large trees taken down all of them in difficult locations on the property. I can't say enough good words about Brent and his crew, they were top notch all the way. Highly recommended without any reservation or hesitation.

I requested a consultation on the health of a large double pine tree. The owner called me and let me know the charge for consultation would be $100 and if I wanted that in writing it would be another $50. During the consultation it became clear that the recommendation was to take down the tree and an estimate was promised. I received the invoice for $100 for the consultation and paid it promptly. I never received the estimate.
I can only conclude that they were not interested in my job.

This is the second time we've used Lineberger's. Always prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Efficient, personable, and they don't leave any mess! Best of all, they accomplished our goals and improved the curb appeal and safety/maintenance of our home.

Quick response to my request for an estimate and the estimate was fair. Kyle and his team were very professional and went right to work. They did everything I wanted done and left my yard cleaner than they found it. They were conscientious and safety oriented. I would definitely use them again!

Lineberger's Tree Service did a wonderful job taking down several trees that required precise felling to avoid damage to other trees. Highly skilled and professional personnel, and reasonably prices = A+++ recommendation!

Lineberger's pruned and shaped the large trees in my yard: a huge magnolia in front and four very large holly trees along the drive side. They did a magnificent job for a very reasonable price. They are arborists who have all the gear and expertise to work on large trees. They were punctual, courteous and did work that was outstanding.

We had two trees fall on our house Thursday before fourth of July weekend and Arborist Caleb Shoupe came out assessed the situation Friday morning and had a crew of 6 and a crane at our house the same day. They did an outstanding job. They put down mats to protect the grass from the equipment. They cut, removed, and transported the trees in 2.5 hours.

I love these guys! We had a huge Oak tree in our yard that had been struck by lightning. Two of the huge limbs were dying and a potential threat to our kids play area. We had them first remove the limbs in hopes of saving this lovely tree. When the rest of the tree started to die, they came back and took the rest down. We had them chop the oak into firewood, and they stacked it neatly in usable sizes. Overall, they are both professional and reasonably priced. Recently they started selling mulch products as well, and we just purchase a 20 yard load from them. The price was over $6.00 a yard less than what we were paying another local company for the same product, and they followed our delivery instructions to the letter! If you have a problem with a dead or dying tree, or need mulch products, give Beverly or Brent Lineberger a call. They have done great work for us, and I highly recommend them to you!

The certified arborist who came to our home, listened to our concerns and gave very helpful advice. The entire crew who came to do our job (6 trees removed, 5 were quite large/tall, and 4 pruned) came at exactly the time promised, were very courteous, professional, and left our yard much neater than they found it. We didn't have to do a thing to clean up after them. The price was reasonable, and we'd recommend them without hesitation.

I have used them many times to take care of projects ranging from small tree trimming to large removal jobs. They show up on time, do an excellent job, and leave no trace of being in the yard. Brent is very knowledgeable and helps the customer make an informed decision on how to proceed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have tree work done.

This outfit is great. They took down 5 large trees in our backyard safely, grinded the stumps, cleaned up, just a wonderful job. They were in and out of here is a day. Definitely will bring them back at the end of the summer to take down five more in the front yard. Highly recommend Lineberger for tree removal and reasonable prices.

We had a damaged and dying Elm in our front yard that unfortunately needed to come down. We reached out to three companies; one never returned our call, one came out and gave a noncommittal quote, and the third, Lineberger's, gave a detailed quote, explained three different options, and provided an itemized accounting for each option.

We scheduled a time with them and then unfortunately had to reschedule, with which they were very accommodating. The day of service I came home to a beautiful new tree expertly installed where the old elm had stood and the elm laying in the yard (as requested!). They had included the cost of chipping it or removing it in the quote, however we wanted to do that portion ourselves. Overall expedient responses, professional assistance, and a job very well done at the end of the day. All at a great price!

Excellent high-quality service! I had a very large tree limb removed from the roof at the back of my house by a big crane reaching over from my driveway. There was no collateral damage and the clean-up was spotless.
They responded quickly to this storm emergency and were right on schedule for the work. I highly recommend them.

Emailed Linebergers (which I have used a number of times before) with a leaning tree problem at 9PM one night. They were there by 8:30 the next morning to stabilize the tree and had it down and cleaned up before the day was over. You can never tell they were there except the tree is gone - never any damage or debris left behind. We have used them in some of the most difficult situations you can imagine taking down very large dead trees, and they always do a great job at fair prices. Highly recommended - they are my go-to tree service professionals.

We had a large dying oak in our backyard that needed to be delicately removed. Lineberger's crew came out, carefully positioned their crane, and removed the tree without any issues. More importantly, we literally could not tell they had been on the property other than the stump where the oak once stood. Great Crew - Great Work! We would highly endorse.

I've used Lineberger's every several years for a decade for tree removal and trimming. They always do great work, take great care around the property, and clean-up afterwards. They have a variety of equipment for complex jobs so no job is out of their reach. We had an excellent experience with Lineberger's Tree Services and would highly recommend the company. Brent and Beverly were a real pleasure to work with. We had to adjust our time line and the scope of the project due to family illness and an unexpected expense. Life happens and they were very understanding. Brent and his crew showed up on time, did all the work in professional manner, the areas were cleaned up and Brent ensured that the job met our expectations. They even picked up a few small burn piles we had made. We have quite a few flowers in bloom and they took care around them as well. What a great experience. These guys are super careful and experienced in what they do. I had a tree taken between my house and the power lines. It was amazing to watch how skillful they were.
The job site was cleaned up before they left, and panels were laid out to protect the lawn. When the stump was ground it was the same care and expertises used. Protective tarps were placed over windows and doors for any wayward flying chips and again the area was raked and cleaned when finished. I would highly recommend these folks for anyone considering tree work!!
