I have been using Suretemp for a while now. I could not be happier. Their workers are friendly and do a great job. Scheduling is simple. Even when there is an emergency on a holiday. They have always been on time. Whenever I call, somebody picks up the phone. Not only do they know what they’re doing, but their customer service is great. You have a customer for life!

They were professional and knowledgeable. Lost a star since they were late and I did not get an update when they missed the service window.

Been using them for a few years and they have been great do far. I had trouble finding a company that was familiar with mini splits and the company has been able to fix the issues caused by previous installers.

Technician was prompt. Worked on 2 units. Had to go in the the attic to inspect upstairs unit. Removed his boots before entering! I would have given him 10 stars for that, but the max is only 5.

AJ came out to preform quartley maintenance on HVAC system. He was professional, thorough and friendly. Checked everything out. Reported all is good. It's nice to see people and companies with good work ethics in today's world.

First technical seemed like a good guy but not enough experience in controls. Worked over 2 hours and replaced a control transformer with no good results. Called for help can’t be here until tomorrow. Second technician came after 3:00 started to work and within an hour had the problem down to the thermostat. We had one he replaced it and had it running. Great job Scott Tickle is a very good tech. Great guy. You need more like him.

Service today was quick & our tech was great answering a few questions I had. I def recommend & will be calling next time I need service.

Hi my name is Kathreen just to let yall know that my experience with Sure Temp Mechanical today was good. The technician was well mattered and respectful he explained the issue and how to fix the problem was explained to our satisfaction . The tech personality was very respectful and knowledgeable he found the problem and ordered parts for a new coil to be replaced. They came back couple of weeks later and replaced it, it didn’t matter the weather rain,or sunshine they were here on a cold rainy day to replace it . They will give you a courtesy call to let you know they’re in route to your home the problem was fixed and we now have heat and air I recommend their services

Horrible Company!!!! I will NEVER use Sure Temp. They offered a free inspection. After they came to my house for less than 15 minutes and did absolutely nothing, they sent me a $95 bill. Like I really have $95 yo give away for nothing! They will not answer my calls, emails or texts. I have filed complaints with consumer protection agency and BBB. I am spreading the word all over NC about the horrible service! DO NOT CONTACT THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY HUNDREDS!!!! There are much more reputable companies to do business with!!!!!!

Tech was on time, experienced and thorough. I felt comfortable with his work and I am very picky. The trip cost was reasonable. Truck and equipment were current and very tidy showing the business cares about its image. Parts need to be ordered to fix the issue and the tech took photos to be sure the correct parts get ordered. I would highly recommend Suretemp.

Technician replaced a capacitor that “would” go bad, though still functioning. Replaced it with one smaller than the original. He had to stuff foam rubber and zip tie to keep it in place. My unit is 3 years old and would like the proper capacitor installed and not a “make shift” installation. Please contact me for making arrangements to replace this with the proper capacitor. Thank you

The technician arrived on a timely basis. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He did one additional check. The end result is that my Trane i18 is putting warm air into the house.

I called Sure Temp for a second opinion for an ongoing issue with my unit. I was glad to get an early afternoon appointment. When there's came out he thoroughly checked for the root cause of the problem. He confirmed what the previous tech thought was the issue. He was also very detailed in the explanation. I have an older unit and I know who I can go to if I run into other issues.

Suretemp did an excellent job on my new construction. Scott was always readily available to answer any of my questions and was very knowledgable about the products they sell. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
