AireTime installed a new HVAC system in the house I was recently remodeling in Durham. They did a great job and passed City inspections without any issues. Very knowledgeable, efficient and fair priced. I highly recommend AireTime for your HVAC needs.

Had a full AC+heating system w/ new unit and furnace, plus new ductwork and a smart thermostat put in. AireTime had the most competitive bid and knocked everything out in 2 days. No pushy sales pitch from Danny, just clear pricing for a few different options we were considering. Workmanship looks great and system has ran smoothly for a month since.

Keith was patient with my wife and I as we took our time to decide on upgrading our house with two systems. He was knowledgeable on how to make our house efficient and comfortable. His crew of men, four of them, were respectful, conscientious, and actually very quiet. The work was done in the time expected. The work was done at the price agreed upon (no “unexpected” fees). My house feels amazing! I am thankful to Keith and his crew. I would easily recommend them to anyone.

The technician, Chris, was great! Found the problem, explained everything in understandable terms and told us how this system is setup. We've only owned the house 3 months and had wondered how part of it was configured.
Only down side was the company wanting over $300 to install a thermostat that costs $45-90, depending upon where purchased. We passed. Will install one ourselves.
Would do business with them again.

Great experience. First time using this company will definitely be using again for future needs. Received a same day visit when I called. Ralph was the technician that came out. He was prompt, on time, found the issue fast and repaired the problem quickly. Very pleased with entire process.

Ralph and Brandon did a thorough job of checking out the problem I was having and did a great job of correcting the problem.....quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Ralph was on time, professional and friendly. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He fixed our issue quickly. He also left some literature to explain other services Aireserv provides.

Aire Serv has been out to my home twice in the last three months on service calls and I could not be happier with the service. most recently, Ralph came out to repair my furnace. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was wrong in layman's terms and handled the issue. Highly recommended.

The professionals who work for Aire Serv are always friendly and professional, no matter the situation. Kim is amazing and always does her best to accommodate my schedule, Ralph Nichols has been my technician the past two times and has always been kind and educational, never pressuring me to do anything I don't want to do. This is a great company. I refer them to my friends and clients. I’m giving them 5 stars but be warned, they are not inexpensive. That said, they are worth their fees and as they say, “you get what you pay for.”

Air Serv sent Ralph out first thing Monday morning. That time was very much appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. He was a complete pro!

We were having issues with our downstairs A/C unit maintaining temperature during the day. I contacted Aire Serv and was able to get a technician out a couple days later. Our tech (Chris) went right to work and quickly figured out that the whole-home air filter in the blower was pretty dirty and likely causing the issue. We got that resolved, and Chris also gave us some advice on taking care of our HVAC ourselves (we were new to the home and didn’t even know the whole-home air filter was a thing). Really appreciated his diligent work to quickly resolve our issue during these hot days.

Chris was very professional and thorough. As always, a Neighborly company is the only way to go to guarantee a job well done.

After experiencing a nightmare with another HVAC company, Aire Serv was re-assigned to my home warranty claim and got the unit replaced in short turnaround. Troy & Drake were both extremely kind and made sure to explain the issue in an easy to understand manner. They confirmed what I had suspected about the other company's lack of repair and helped close out my claim without further issue. I've used Aire Serv a few other times before and have always had a positive experience. While I recognize home warranty work might not be lucrative, that didn't stop these guys from showing up and working from a place of integrity. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC company.

It's Christmas eve and the heating has just gone out due to the extreme cold. Aire Serv to the rescue. What incredible customer service and support in getting us warm again. Ralph, our technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue we were having precisely. Ralph had us back up and running in no time. Just amazing! I thought this was going to be a "run of the mill" HVAC service experience. I made my initial appointment with Ms. Maggie for an "anytime" between 12 am to 4 pm appointment, then Ms. Brianna followed up about an hour later to reschedule to an 8 am appointment due to a change in technician availability. I thought I was in for the "usual" HVAC Repair Business runaround.

Then to set the tone this morning, I received a friendly text message at 8 am letting me know that my technician would be running a bit late. I'm empathetic and understand life happens, so not the end of the world.

Once the technician arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Mr. Garcia was highly professional and knowledgeable. His service vehicle appeared well maintained and clean. He immediately found the issue with my AC system, did a quick repair, and ensured that all of my questions were answered. After completing the repair, he made sure that I had a sound understanding of the importance of professional preventative maintenance and explained the different options and benefits of an Aire Serv Advantage Plan to ensure that my HVAC system remains in tip-top shape year-round.

In years past, I had heard the pitch for annual service plans multiple times, but I've always elected to perform yearly maintenance on my HVAC system myself. The main reason is that, unlike Mr. Garcia, the previous service technicians and salespeople lacked the confidence or ability to articulate a sound reasoning for paying someone else to do something I could do myself.

Today that changed. Maybe I'm just getting old, but Mr. Garcia made a sound argument for trusting Air Serv of Wake County. I could go into more detail, but overall I am impressed with the customer service and professionalism I've received from Air Serve of Wake County and will trust them to take the reigns on preventative maintenance for the future.

The service I received from Aire Serv was tremendous. They responded promptly to the service requests I made through my home warranty provider. They were always patient and positive in all correspondence. The scheduler was friendly and gave me scheduling options that worked for me. The same goes for Ben and Hosea, HVAC technicians. As a first-time homeowner I had no experience with HVAC systems. They answered questions patiently, spelled things out plainly, and their work was high quality and done right the first time. The person I spoke to on the phone even gave me pointers on contacting my home warranty provider to speed along the replacement of an expensive component. I recommend Aire Serv of Wake County.
