We woke up this morning to a freezing house! My husband looked at our heat pump and discovered it was covered in ice. A quick google search led us to Air Controls. After placing a service call, the technician arrived within a few hours and diagnosed a defective defrost board. The new part was installed and our heat is back on again. Great service! Thank-you again!

Nothing like waking up in the middle of the night realizing your air condition is out!!! I called Air Controls early on Saturday morning and they had someone there within the hour. Our technician Jeremy was very friendly, explaining to me that my compressor had gone out. He located the parts needed for my unit and by mid morning my ac was back up and running. I was so excited but even more so, my dogs were even happier than I was. I think Air Controls might be there new best friend!! I will definitely be using Air Controls Mechanical again, timely, efficient, courteous and very reasonably priced. Thank You!!!!

The technician , Jeremy, was very knowledgeable, prompt and cost reasonable. Even though I was not on his schedule for the day , he worked me in so I would not have more problems by the days end. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends .

We have a fairly new house built in 2015 and we have had issues with both the heating and air over the last couple years. We were so worried we were going to be scammed or led down a garden path of ongoing expenses when these issues starting coming up. I did research and found Air Controls Mechanical and used them for the first time in the Summer of 2017. They arrived same-day, I was at work and they dealt with my wife, and they were polite, honest, and let us know exactly what the problem was. I was surprised the cost was so low for their time, responsiveness and skill! When my heat stopped working in January 2020 I called them up again, this time with no worry and AGAIN they responded almost instantly (I expected an appointment), they were polite, quick, professional and in the end they took me in the attic and showed me the issue and if it happens again what to do, and again at a very affordable cost. Well this has made us a customer for life with these guys. We have a new build we are doing in 2021 and these guys will be getting 100% of that work. Their honesty alone is invaluable in this day and age, and so very appreciated. Keep up the good work Jeremy!

We have a 20 year old carrier system in our 1950's house. We are seniors and with 100 deg. forecast for this week we found our AC not working. It was a Sunday, with most repair places closed for the day. I googled Air Control and made the call, hoping and praying. Jeremy was able to come by TODAY. He quickly diagnosed our problem and even had the part in his truck. The cost was extremely reasonable. We are so grateful for this fast, friendly, and professional Service. Thank You, Jeremy !! They came within 2 hours of calling. The gents were super nice. They found and dealt with the issues. They even let me take pictures of the issues and taught me how ants love the AC. The fried amongst the components and ruined my AC. Everything was fixed and I am enjoying a nice cool house again. OH, and they are open 24/7. No extra charges. That was a lovely surprise. I would recommend.

Companies like this are hard to find nowadays. Very dependable, very thorough and prices are very reasonable. They have responded to service calls to our church and many of our friends with 5 star results.

Mr.Rudolfo came out to fix our AHU in our newer unit. He was timely, thorough and very knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly and informed us of our various options within our budget to ensure we found the best solution. He worked efficiently to get our AC up and running. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs or replacements.

Our 30 year old air conditioning units went out recently. We had kept them limping along for as long as we could! We got several quotes from local A/C companies, one being Perez Heating and A/C whom my daughter found online. Rudolfo Perez is a gentleman and an honest businessman. He gave us a good price for a job well done! He installed 2 Goodman units and a new heating system. They also replaced the vent from my stove to the outside. We could not be more pleased with the work that was done. Mr. Perez is a unique and kind man. Something we don’t encounter often enough in this world we live in nowadays.

Their workman texted me to let me know he was on his way. In doing routine maintenance on our system he discovered two problems, and he took pictures to show the problems. Instead of rescheduling to come back ( with possibly an additional service fee) he said he had the parts needed, found a huge discount for the needed repairs, and was very polite the whole time. Highly recommend.

Donald found a leak in the vent that 2 x other cpmpany HVAC personnel didn't. He answered a weekend, late night call. He. Knows. His. Trade. A+

I originally rated 5 stars for the technician. He did a very good job getting our sanctuary unit back up quickly. Turned out it was a clogged condensation line. The next morning we received the bill and I am changing my rating. When I scheduled for the technician to come out I was told it would be $195 to diagnose the problem. Since the technician took care of the clogged condensation line in the first 20-30 minutes of his hour long visit, I'm thinking the church would be charged $195 plus $20 or $30 for blowing out the line. But no. They said they gave us a "deal" on the diagnostic of $160 and then charged another $248 to blow out the condensation line. Not ethical. The original Joyner Dickens would have never done this. If you use this company you better get a quote in writing up front.
