Hired them to replace our old ac/heating unit a few years ago. They have been the only company I trust to work on our unit. Scheduling is easy and friendly. They even suggested ways to save money. The technicians are great, friendly and very professional. Will definitely only use them.

Out technician Ralph was a very knowledgeable, & personable guy. He spent the time necessary to go through all the possible issues causing the HVAC not to cool. I would recommend Aire Service just based on my interaction with him.

AireServ performs my seasonal maintenance and they are always on time and the tech, Ralph, was very professional efficient and knowledgeable.

AireServe was very responsive to my request for system diagnostic. The technician arrived on schedule and very quickly diagnosed my problem. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in discussing options.

I just became a life-long customer! You don't experience this kind of service anymore. They were able to fit us in same day and instead of having to wait to get the part, Chris came back after hours when he didn't have to and assembled it so my toddler, husband, and myself warm.

This is the second time Aire Serv has come to my rescue when my HVAC was failing! For 10 days and during an ice storm, I had no heat in the downstairs of my home. After my home warranty company couldn’t fix the issue, I contacted Aire Serv with an emergency request and they sent a technician the same day! The technician (Chris) spent hours attempting to locate and fix the problem. And once again he succeeded!! I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I highly recommend Aire Serve of Wake County. The technician was very professional and thorough with my service call. I really appreciated that he took photos to show me what was done before and after his inspections.

AireServ have caring staff and technicians. I used them with an AC issue this summer and now for a heating issue. They are professional, courteous and timely. Thankfully my home warranty was accepted by them, but I was ready to use them regardless. Great service!!!

The tech that was sent out was knowledgeable about my system. He explained Aire Serv's maintenance program and was a good deal. I highly recommend signing up for it. After signing up, he checked the system outside and under the crawal space throughly, clean the outside throughly and explained about keeping the bugs out of the inside back panel where the circuit board was to keep them from shorting out $500 circuit board. Suggested to me what to use instead of a costly exterminator. Very please as he spent over an hour and a half.

I want to express my great appreciation of Ralph Nichols for his excellent customer service and proficiency in heating and air conditioning. During a recent service call, Mr. Nichols was highly professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He throughly explained the maintenance services to me in layman's terms while patiently answering all of my questions. I purchased additional products for installation as a result of Mr. Nichols listening to my concerns and making suggestions. Thank you Mr. Nicholas for providing me with information that assisted me in understanding how my heating and air conditioning unit can function more efficiently. In my opinion, Ralph Nichols is indeed a major asset to the AireServ Company and he definitely deserves Five Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well let me see I have had a horrible weekend due to NO AC AND NO ONE TO CALL ME BACK...Today is Sun and the tech came out to preform maintenance...Temp in house started to rise the highest 88...Texted to please call me ...STILL WAITING SINCE THURSDAY AT MIDNIGHT... Called at 7:45 AM and was told since they were closed that no one will contact....have a maintenance plan for this situation....STILL WAITING AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT NO ONE IS ANSWERING AND WILL NOT HAVE ANYONE UNTIL THE 13TH MAYBE.....DO NOT CARE ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND WONDERING WHY I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS...DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...THEY DO NOT CARE!
