, however they refused to respond or create contract for service. Scam. Takes money, no resolution. Called second company to complete service that they never got back to me to. But sure did take my money and didn't provide service

Will the plumber from New Light was here on time. He completed the repairs we requested, cleaned up, and was very professional. Will use New Light the next time we are in need of plumbing services.

He has a solid crew but he spends his time finding ways to get out of work. He was also rude to my wife, insinuating she wouldn't know anything because she was a woman. If you want excuses and delays, here is your man.

Made an appointment for them to come out and look at a fan that was not working. They said they would be there the next day from 1pm to 4pm, so I adjusted my day so I could be available. I hadn’t heard anything by 3:30pm, so I called to check in, and I was told they would be there any minute. No one was there by 5 so I called to leave a voicemail and sent a text to the emergency number provided. I called two more times to see if I could catch someone, but was never able to. I’ve yet to be contacted about the no show.

I had Joe do the electrical work for the installation of a hot tub mid May. There was miscommunication from the start. The date Joe and I Verbally agreed that he would come out to do this did not happen. He scheduled another job that day and ended up coming out a week later. I also paid for him to schedule the inspection. Here it is first week in August and the inspection still hasn’t happened. I spoke to his office manager, Kim, mid July and asked about this. She stated it was an oversight and she would schedule the inspection and get back to me about the date I told her would work for me. This date came and Kim never called me back. I called again and spoke to a tech who said Kim was on vacation and there was nothing in the computer about her scheduling the inspection. He said he would have the owner, Joe, call me back immediately. Well, here it is a week later and still no phone call. I called again and spoke to Kim who said yet again she would get the inspection scheduled and call me back. Very unorganized, a lot of lack of communication. Will not be using them again.

This was the worst place I have ever used an very over priced aswell. The guy came out to give me an estimate he gave me one price so to do the plumbing in my bath room that I’m redoing so then I ask him to give a price with the bath tube . So I went ahead with the second estimate. So my son stayed home from work in which they showed up 45 min late so my sons day was a waste to take off . Well they came in to ruff in the plumbing an he told us he would be back once the tile was done . So then I get a call for payment in full which the bath room was not finished by them , so he came to collect the payment , an I told joe that they didn’t finish the bath room . I payed the bill an told them I will put the word out how the say one thing an do another !!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe was great to work with in fixing a few electrical issues in our home. He was quick and professional. Definitely will be using again. Thanks!

Nothing but postive experiences working with this company on multiple properties. Good, honest people and excellent work. We enjoy supporting a small, locally owned business.

I called their office at 3:00 today and explained that I had several important AC outlets in my home office not working. Joe, the owner, was here in about an hour. In less that 10 minutes he found the problem and before 4:30 he had my problem solved and he was out the door.

In selling our house the inspector found several items that need to be addressed. New Light came quickly and serviced every problem that required a licensed plumber or electrician. We were able to proceed thru closing. Fast and professional. Thanks

This is the company to call if you want quick, great service! We have had a need for plumbing services twice in 6 months, and we have used New Light both times. They come out quickly, assess the problem, and fix it! Great company.

Called Newlight to take a look at a leak in my ceiling. Eli and Paul came out SAME DAY and found out the issue was a faulty wax ring on my master toilet. They fixed the issue without breaking the bank (which was huge for me).

Super friendly and straight forward. HIGHLY recommend!
