Same day return after being given the wrong part won't give me a refund they want to send a check to my house and have no information on how long that will take, no supervisor available to speak to.

Called yesterday and spoke with Eric about an odd fuse I needed, although they didn’t carry them in stock, he had them ready and waiting the next morning! Great job Eric! Thanks again.

Called to see if there was a type of fuse in stock and the counter associate who answered the phone was extremely rude. I understand that there are thousands of fuses out there but that is no reason to talk to them in such a way that you make that person feel ashamed they asked. That is why when you call for something instead of just showing up. Womack should up there customer service skills.

Justin and Nicki were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We had an electrical issue over Memorial Day weekend that needed immediate attention. We called Justin on Sunday and he was able to swing by on Monday (memorial day) and fix the issue. I will definitely call him again.

Anthony and Vinnie did amazing and high quality work! We had repair work done as well as additional lighting installed. They made some great suggestions where appropriate and completed the tasks in a timely manner. Great personalities too!

Great company very professional and trustworthy, with good communication. we are really happy with the work they did for us so far and plan to continue using them. we had a new outlet installed for a sump pump, and had some old bathroom electrical disconnected. while doing the work they addressed a few issues to us that they found very concerning with our other electrical connections. we definitely feel well taken care of.

Anthony and his helper were AWESOME!! I called yesterday to get a quote to hang 6 light fixtures with 9ft ceilings AND 1 fixture at 20ft. They sent quote within few hours and even came TODAY to do the work. Entire experience was quick and efficient. They did great work and were patient with me as i found perfect height for the fixtures. I will use them again and can confidently recommend them to anyone!!
