They are local and they seem to be good people so I cut some scope from the project down to an amount that I could afford. The work was just completed and it seems quality and I like the guys that did the work. They were nice guys. I recommend the plumbing. Update: I have now used New Light for their electrical services as well. Joe did a fine job for me on short notice. Again, nice folks and quality work. New Light has earned my business. They are now my preferred contractor for plumbing and electrical needs.

Of course our tankless water heater went out right after family came into town for Thanksgiving. New Light Services was amazing and they were able to get technicians out the same morning. Bob and his partner were knowledgeable, efficient, and hilarious. They were able to fix the issue quickly and Thanksgiving was saved! Thanks ya'll so much. Highly recommend this company and team.

I literally cannot say enough good things about how New Light and especially Colum and Everett handled fixing the plumbing in my house. It went from what we thought was a simple leak to a much more complicated repair, but at every step, they were incredibly communicative, letting me know exactly what was involved and what it would take to fix it. They also took care of everything far more quickly than I thought would be possible. I can definitely recommend them.

I had a dehumidifier installed in my crawl space, and New Light was contracted to run the power it needed. They did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, and were happy to talk with me about additional needs. So we added extra tasks to the visit... running a new line for the microwave to be on its own breaker, and wiring a light fixture in the garage that had never worked before. This saved me multiple "visit costs". My wife and I are very happy with the results. Erik Wilson patiently talked me through all the aspects of the installation that were necessary to get the job done, just to make sure I was ok with everything. It was top notch! I plan to use New Light in the future when I have other projects come up that they can help me with. I had a great experience with everyone there.

Had no hot water and Joe came and found the pressure tank was the problem. They scheduled our house quickly and did a great job restoring hot water for those showers. I am extremely pleased with the service and friendly staff. 5 plus stars!
