This was one of the best cleaning services in comparison to the large corporate cleaners. Those of which I will not use again since I have worked with Above and beyond carpet cleaning. The Carpets looked great when they were done. All the wax that was embedded in my carpet for two years was gone! The chemicals that were used did not disrupt my daughter's allergies. Oh and not to mention the customer service was exceptional! They arrived on schedule with all supplies they needed to do the job. I will definitely be keeping this cleaner in mind when I need my carpet done again.

This company lives up to their name! I have used another company to clean my carpets for years but they were too busy to come clean up a wine spill so I decided not to wait over a week and find a new company. After looking at reviews I called Above and Beyond but they were too busy to get to me today but then Frank (the owner) called me back and said he was able to move some things around to help me out. He came out the same day at 5 PM and cleaned up the wine stain! Because of Frank's willingness to help me out he gained a new customer for carpet cleaning for many years to come! Thanks Frank and Above and Beyond!

Frank has done a great job each and every time I have had him clean my carpet and hardwood floors. He has gotten red wine, tea, coffee and chocolate stains out of my beige carpeting that I thought would never come out!!! I have never seen anyone more professional and efficient. I will never consider using another company. The name says it all.... they are above and beyond the best!

Fantastic results. After multiple attempts by previous owners and previous cleaning companies to clean overall carpeting and troublesome spots . Frank is the owner and operator and knows not only exactly what he is doing but the best way to do it. He has cleaned my carpets before and my couch. My neutral color couch can collect animal hair and people germs but now that he's cleaned it I feel like I have a brand new couch! Communication throughout scheduling was a breeze. I moved into a new home where the cleaning crew had added Rejuvenate to my engineered hardwood floors. I guess they thought it would be prettier with a gloss. Over time the floors grew dull, the scratches showed through and a build up occurred after several cleanings. My beautiful new floor was ruined. I was told that Above and Beyond Carpet Cleaning could restore them. It took a little more than two days of tedious work, but Frank and his helper brought my floors back to life. I couldn't be more pleased with their work or the results. They took care to move all of the furniture carefully protecting my floors. They went over each area until it was wax free. They went back over the floors for any additional touch ups they could find. They cleaned it and left some extra product so that if I needed to touch up any area I would have what I needed. I never write reviews, because frankly, I rarely have workers that go "above and beyond." Well, that is exactly what Frank and his worker did. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone whether they need carpet cleaning, hardwood floor restoration, or hardwood floor cleaning. The service was timely, personal, and high quality work!

Fantastic service and exceptional quality. We have used Frank on 2 occasions: once for carpet repair and once for cleaning. Both times he was on time, courteous and did phenomenal work. Can't recommend highly enough. You won;t be disappointed.

Came immediately for a quote and sent the written quote when promised. Scheduled at a convenient time and we were communicated with and reminded of our appointment. They went Above & Beyond what I expected. They stretch my carpet that had buckled in some some spots before steam cleaning it. I have a dog and this was the first time my carpets didn't smell like a wet dog when they were done. Worked on the areas of minor wearing and they cleaned up better than we were told they would. Definitely would hire again and have already referred them!

These folks are extremely professional. They are on time, and actually have technical knowledge and skills like no one else in the industry. We use them on a regular basis for our clients for cleaning, and especially rug Pro Tection.

When we inquired about 1) the best local Oriental rug cleaners, when we polled other professionals for 2) a local expert color repair source and when we 3) had a client with a serious flood in a historic building with a huge, valuable oriental rug, these are the people we had recommended to us and who have helped us on a number of occasions. Pettyjohn's is a family business that treats you like family, at the same time as being professional, expert, educating and reasonable. I have been flooded twice in two months and called them the second time because of their business acumen.

These folks are the nicest people to deal with and they clean your inside home carpets just as pristinely as they do area rugs. Recommend to everyone as we live 35 minutes away and would travel far more for their quality of service.

Called five times today. First time they immediately put me on hold. The same young lady said Holland hung up on me. Called back she did same. Last time went to an answering machine. Needed five silk wool nylon rugs cleaned over 2k of business. Guess they are not in the business to make money. Horrible service.
