I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Phoenix. They were very professional, gave advance notice more than once about time frame for arrival, were forthcoming about which services would be beneficial and worth the expense and did a super bang up job on our upholstery and area rugs. I recommend Phoenix with no reservations!

My experience was one of professionalism and excellent quality of work. I let Nate and Curtis know that I had difficult stains that I wanted them to address. They informed me that they would definitely try to get the stains up. They were able to remove the stains. Amazing since I had two other carpet cleaning companies that could not remove the stains. Phoenix Cleaning Solutions will be the company that I will use moving forward!

This was the second time I used Phoenix and I’m glad I stuck with them. The people came to clean the rugs and carpet were very nice, polite, fast and went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.

I’m having them back to do all the upholstery next month and I feel certain they’ll do another great job.

Paul and Jacob were so nice and did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. The two men from Phoenix Cleaning Solutions did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. They were pleasant, efficient, and were able to remove some marks that we thought might be permanent stains. The carpets dried quickly and look great!

I have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions twice when a townhouse I own has been between tenants. They have been able to accommodate last-minute scheduling both times and have done a phenomenal job making the carpets look phenomenal. All of my tenants have had dogs, and the day after Phoenix has done their job, you could not tell a dog had lived in the house. Very kind, very responsive, on time and do great work. I could not ask for more, and I will call on them again.

My sister and I surprised our mother this year by getting her carpets cleaned and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions made the experience pleasant from start to finish! I found them from Angie’s list and requested a quote from their website. I received a call from Jim not even 10 minutes later!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable, I liked that he was honest about what I’d need and what I wouldn’t. I was able to call and schedule a visit before the holidays which was a huge plus! The prices were very reasonable and my mother was beyond happy with the quality of work. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to all my friends and family in the future!

I recently used Phoenix to clean the carpets in my home and they did a great job. Bynum was very helpful and responsive in setting up the service and Austin and Jacob did a wonderful job on the carpet. Everyone I dealt with at Phoenix was very professional and a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

The team at Phoenix Cleaners are top notch. We just had them out for a fourth time to help clean our carpet in our kids rooms and playroom. They’ve also helped us with area rug and upholstery cleaning in the past as well. They are always responsive and do a great job. I highly recommend them for any type of cleaning needs.

We have used Phoenix Cleaning several times and have been thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism & the outcome of the floors they have cleaned. We have Travertine in our kitchen & it has cleaned up beautifully! They have also gotten stains, including slime, out of my carpets that I had pretty much given up on!

They were wonderful! Jim was incredibly responsive and easy to work with when I had a last minute change. The guys that came in were respectful, fast and full of good recommendations for future cleanings. The even left behind a bottle of spot treatment - with kids and a dog I know it will get used. Everything is paperless - so I was able to pay the invoice online immediately and leave a tip. I will be calling Phoenix for any and all carpet matters.

We have used Phoenix carpet cleaning for several years now. They always call right back to schedule appointments, call the day before with a time estimate, and are professional and very friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They also cleaned our couch and recently did some grout cleaning. We are happy with all the services we received so far. Highly recommend.

Phoenix leaning Solutions came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. They successfully removed cat urine stains and smell from my 8X10 wool rug. I’ve been using Phoenix for two years now. Their staff has always been very courteous, and thorough with everything they’ve done at our house. We have very light colored carpeting through most of the house, and it takes on new life when the crew from Phoenix is finished. I will definitely continue to use their services.

The gentleman who cleaned my sectional were not only polite and professional but gave extreme attention to detail. I had not had my couch cleaned since 2011. It looks brand new! Phoenix Cleaning just cleaned my upstairs carpet today and did a fantastic job! The guys were very professional and made sure to address carpet stains with extra care. They had great deals on their website too. They use products that are pet and kid friendly too.

All my interactions, from the very first phone call, were courteous and professional. They fit me in on short notice and did an incredible job on the carpets. After years of attempting to clean multiple dog accidents, it was finally time for a professional cleaning. Phoenix Cleaning Solutions offered free pickup/delivery and was returned after a few weeks. The rug looks like new and is absent of any dog stains or chemical odors. Great work!

Could not have asked for a better team! My carpet has never looked better… clean and smells great. My sectional couch is spotless! My grandchildren had left yellow, blue and red spots from using markers to color- all gone! The owner was super responsive in scheduling even when I had to reschedule due to work travel. The techs were prompt and worked quickly to finish the job. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer!
