Because I have 3 dogs, I have my carpets and rugs cleaned every quarter. I have tried multiple services, and Phoenix Cleaning Solutions quickly became my "go-to" service provider for the last ~5 years. The staff are friendly and thorough. They provide excellent recommendations. Plus, there are no strong fragrances, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Phoenix!

Very positive experience. From the Phoenix website I submitted form requesting info and pleasantly surprised by very quick phone call from Jim who was very friendly and professional. Was also very impressed that he could send crew out the very next day. The crew of Paul and Chance were also very friendly and professional, and got the job done within an hour (family room, bonus room, two staircases and hallway, and two bedrooms!). Very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend them!

Phoenix cleaning is amazing. We had all our carpets cleaned and a few spots needed re-cleaning due to some heavy pet stains. They sent someone out quickly, recleaned the spots and surrounded areas at no cost. The guys who came to clean were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Gave some tips on spot cleaning ourselves in the future for little things and ensured I was happy with the job before they headed out. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Totally awesome experience! I had my patio cushions cleaned and waterproofed. They were very dirty and showing impacts of the humidity after 3 years. They look brand new. The team that came to do my cleaning were very personable and knew their business. Gave me honest up front advice on cleaning my ruggable in my living room, which didn’t generate more business for them. That is the type of “home town” service I am always in search of. I will always use them going forward. I just put them in my contact list! These guys were a great find.

I received EXCELLENT service from this establishment! I had an original Turkish runner that desperately needed cleaning; it had a terrible smell, and I was unsure how to clean it without damaging it. Phoenix exceeded my expectations! My runner now looks and smells fantastic. The pricing was reasonable, and the pickup and delivery service was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you! My wife Angela contacted Phoenix Cleaning Solutions, and I am writing the review.
We had high expectations due to the excellent ratings and feedback in their site. They did a great job scheduling, professional cleaning work and showed up on time. While the majority of our home looks much better after the cleaning we had some areas that just didn’t come clean. There were a couple spot that were bleached from prior owners, as well as a dye spot and certainly we didn’t expect those to be better. However, there were a couple of areas we had high hopes for. One was some streaking caused by a grease wheel on a bed frame. Those marks sadly didn’t improve at all. There was also a tea spill spot that while the cleaning improved it, the shadow remained. The house really does smell much fresher, and overall improved but we were disappointed with some stains that just didn’t come out. Maybe our expectations were too high. Honestly, I have had similar results from my home carpet cleaner. As the carpet has dried the old marks and shadows haven’t changed at all. Save yourself some money and buy a Hoover and do it yourself.
