My husband and I had a great first experience with Chris Vannurden from Delta T. Our AC stopped working in the middle of a July NC summer, and we were fortunate to have Chris as our technician the same day. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and how our HVAC system worked, which was incredibly helpful. Chris also gave us recommendations on how to extend the life of our system until we can replace it as well as replacement recommendations. He resolved our issue efficiently, and had our AC working again the same night. Despite it being past 6 pm, Chris remained attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and kind, answering all of our questions thoroughly! We will be referring our neighbors to him as well and highly recommend Chris and Delta T to anyone in need of HVAC services!

Recently, my commercial bakeries air went out. As we were waiting for estimate we never received from a bigger company, I reached out in a community group and Keith immediately answered the call, so to speak. He was able to come out the following day to diagnose the problem and had a whole new unit in by the end of day two days later. Since then, Keith has gone above and beyond by coming out to answer questions about the new syste. He has been so personable and quick to answer anything I have for him. I would 1000% recommend Keith and Delta T!

Delta T is great! Chris has been out to assess my HVAC unit a cutie of times and is always so friendly and informative. They're fairly priced and don't pressure you to pay for unnecessary fixes. Keith runs a great shop over at Delta T, and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Keith was amazing and got me scheduled asap. Chris arrived on time and was professional, thorough and saved me a bundle by finding a problem with my thermostat. It could have been very costly to replace the thermostat and the back-up coils and he actually was able to save both. I have chosen to join Delta's maintenance plan and feel very secure choosing this company for my HVAC provider.

Unfortunately, we woke up to no heat recently and discovered our thermostats were not working. After contacting Delta T and reporting our issue, they were quick to respond and scheduled an appointment for later that same morning. Chris, the technician was knowledgeable, personable, and located the problem quickly. He had to locate a replacement part and was able to pick it up and do the repair on the same day. By the afternoon, we had heat again and thankful to him for the attention he gave to resolving our issue. I would highly recommend them for your needs.

Keith was very quick in returning my call about my A/C unit. His technician, Chris came out to my house, went over the minor issues I was experiencing with the heating/cooling in the house. Chris was very flexible, helpful and gave good instructions how to go about these problems in the future. I was very impressed so I also joined their yearly maintenance plan, which makes me feel good and protected— AND it was affordable too!

We hired Keith to fix a 30yr old gas fireplace. He saved us a huge expense of replacing entire fireplace by quickly finding the right parts & replacing them. It was tough to find a contractor who would work with such fireplace but Keith is very knowledgeable & the best technician in the area. We would highly recommend his services.

Very fast response time, they showed up on time, and diagnosed the problem fast! The technician clearly explained to me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and the price was fair.

Our A/C fan stopped working and Chris was available the day we called. Chris was able to determine what failed within minutes, got the part from his van, installed it, and performed additional tests. I was pleased to learn that the newly installed part should last 7-10 years, as opposed to the factory part that usually lasts 5-7 years. In addition to replacing the needed part, Chris let me know about a different maintenance part that probably would need to be replaced within the next three years. Moreover, Chris informed me that our refrigerant looked great.
