Great experience. My downstairs was not heating and Chris from Delta T came out the same day, made a temporary fix to get the house heated and they will quickly get the parts needed to do a permanent repair this week. Super knowledgeable about the system and recommended repairs to make the HVAC system last longer and be more efficient. Couldn’t ask for more from a great company.

4/2025: Although Raleigh Electric failed to show multiple times for the inspection creating a delay for my submission to the Duke Energy rebate program, Delta T prevailed and helped me navigate the process. Keith, the owner, took time to jump on the call I made to Duke Energy to get the rebates associated with the new installs from December. His knowledge assisted me in getting the rebates whilst Duke Energy tried to get out of not honoring their rebate program and playing dumb. Without Keith’s help I feel like I would have been turned away as countless customers probably had been. Thank you so much for your assistance!!!

12/2024: Great service! We had an appointment for full HVAC replacement within days of my initial diagnostic appointment. They arrived on time and had the entire job done by 2 o’clock. They did a great job with cleanup and were very respectful with my floors laying down drop cloth’s so not to track dirt into my carpet. Thank you Keith and Chris for all your help! See you in the spring for maintenance :)

Chris initially came out to diagnose a suspected leak but ended up performing a complete overhaul and thorough cleaning of my unit. During the initial inspection, he provided a clear, detailed explanation of the issues he observed, along with well-explained remediation options. While on site, Chris also identified a leak in my roof that had previously gone unnoticed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Delta T to family and friends.

We had a heat system gone down within the first year. Delta T jumped on it right away and called the manufacturer and we had a new unit in 48 hours.

This may be a long review, but I don’t write them often, so I want to make it count.

I’ve worked with Delta T for about 1.5 years now. For the first 6 to 10 months of that time, they served as a second opinion after my previous HVAC company lied about a service I didn’t actually need. Delta T stood by me while I had to fight to get the other company to replace a unit that was less than a year old, a unit they had installed. If I had the money back then, I would’ve gladly given the job to Delta T. But even without securing that project, they supported me and helped me understand what truly needed to be done.

I’ve had to pour so much money into this house in the less than three years I’ve owned it, especially on the HVAC system. It’s been overwhelming at times, but first Dave and now Chris have been incredibly patient. They take the time to explain things in plain language and never rush through appointments. Chris, in particular, has answered a lot of questions (he’s the service tech for my area), and not once has he made me feel bad for asking them.

Their service consistently goes above and beyond. They don’t just fix the issue—they also point out potential problems to keep an eye on or suggest getting ahead of repairs before they turn into more expensive problems. And their referral network is outstanding.

Spending money on things I’m not qualified to evaluate for quality always makes me nervous, but I genuinely trust the work Delta T does. They’ve earned that trust.

No one ever wants an emergency heating repair, especially during Christmas week. But if it happens then or any other time - look no further than Delta T NC! I was so impressed with their professionalism, skill, communication, and sense of urgency. Highly highly recommend!

We were doing a large remodel. The entire HVAC system needed to be removed, replaced and relocated. My GC recommended Delta T and I couldn't be happier. The original system was located in a crawlspace. We wanted to relocate the system into the attic. Keith walked through the design and asked my input on where I would like everything located. He recommended a YORK unit that met our reequipments perfectly. After the remodel was complete he even came by and gave me a detailed explanation on how to use the system to its max performance. The system was not the most or least expensive, but it runs like a dream.

I have worked a lot with Delta T this year. First to replace my AC and furnace, which was an incredible value for what we had done. Since then, also needed our damper motor replaced.

Every time, the team at Delta T has been quick, courteous, and never shy about explaining exactly what’s going on with my HVAC system.

These folks truly are the definition of a neighbor-owned company that looks out for its community. Heck, the owner took my phone call and worked out a plan for me to pay part of the HVAC replacement up front so I could get on the schedule while waiting for my new line of credit to open to pay for the rest.
