One of our AC units went out on a hot day, so I reached out to the owner of the company to see if they could come to our rescue. Despite it being peak season, the owner was able to work us in and came out to service our AC unit. We discovered that the wrong voltage circuit breakers were installed, as a result the circuit breaker kept tripping. This might have lead to our AC pump giving out. Luckily, the owner was able to fix both issues. He was able to switch out the circuit breaker and install a new pump. He came equipped with all the supplies and was able to finish the job and have our AC unit up and running within the hour. I was impressed with the expertise and knowledge of the owner. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. If we have any other issues come up, we now know who to call.

Easy to work with, shows up when he says and knows what he is doing, those trades are hard to come by these days and John got them all! Highly recommend. I had an old furnace and it needed to be replaced. John was able to come and get it running temporarily so he could get the new furnace. His expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that he had my best interest at heart.

His prices were fair and he was transparent with me on an additional cost. The additional cost was due to another company installing my AC unit a few years ago. John asked me to find the invoice so he could get the company pay for the cost. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the invoice. He could have not mentioned this to me but it shows how much John genuinely cares about his customers and their comfort. If you're in need of HVAC services, John is your guy.
