My wife and I recently had a bathroom project completed by Solid Foundation. Preston Harris and his team are highly professional, do great work, and are very clean. The process was very smooth from the beginning. They finished on time and on budget without a problem and they addressed any concerns we had promptly and without question. I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for any project you may have.

I've known Preston personally for years now, and consider him a great guy. This is the first time I've gotten to work with him professionally. I was in a bind and needed a roof replacement pronto, and not only was he able to help, his crew came out 3 days early. started during the weekend, and finished in two days. Prompt service and a competitive price.

Preston and his team at Solid Foundation Construction were great to work with. They did an exterior renovation for us including replacing siding, replacing front porch columns, replacing gutters, and full exterior painting. Solid Foundation Construction completed the project exactly as planned and Preston ensured all work was performed to our satisfaction along the way. We are very pleased with our our project turned out and thankful we chose Solid Foundation Construction.

We hired Solid Foundation to do a very large repair project on our house, after a tree fell on it during hurricane Michael. They also put a bathroom addition on the house.

In general, the quality of the work was excellent. We did have a leak in the new roof at first, but they resolved the issue. It has been over a year since the project was completed, and there have been no further leaks. The structure is sound. They blended the brick work in the foundation well, between the existing house and the addition. The gutters are still working without maintenance. The tile work they did our old bathroom looks very good, and continues to function well. The plumbing, electrical and mechanical work is of high quality. They refinished all the hardwood floors in the house, and they also look good and remain functional to this day.

In total, the project took a lot longer than we expected. We often had to take the initiative in reaching out, in times where no work was done for a few weeks. Preston was responsive and prompt when we brought this to his attention. He was also good about working with us on changes during the course of the project. For instance, he was flexible at working around our schedule when we opted to save some money by doing the painting ourselves.

We had 4 contractors quote to do this job, and Preston's price was right in the middle. The final price didn't change much from the initial estimate.

We would do business with Solid Foundation again.

Solid Foundation Construction has completed 2 separate jobs for us. One job was to cover our existing deck. Preston arrived as scheduled for the estimate. We received a written quote and contract. The job started on time. His workman were timely, courteous and left no mess. We were so pleased with this job that we hired them again to complete a remodel of our master bath. The workman were timely and neat as possible. The crew protected the existing flooring. Each step was completed with professionalism. Preston conducted periodic inspections on the work and progress. He also stayed in touch with us through the entire process. I have recommended this company many times and plan on having them back for more projects!!

Preston was recommended by our buyers agent to address some issues on a home we were buying. He and his staff were responsive and provided a detailed quote. They were great to work with as I added additional little projects along the way. The work performed met my expectations. If I ever need to remodel of have a major project Solid Foundation will be my first call.

Mike is very experienced and knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you’re looking to do! He remodeled the kitchen in our condo. He was quick and did a great job!

Mike and his staff always let me know what to expect next and I am beyond pleased with the result of the porch! I had a safety issue, they understood the situation, and exceeded all expectations with the rebuild and with the time involved. Kat, Mike's office manager, was always pleasant no matter how many times I asked questions. Kat and Mike always took the time to explain everything in ways I could understand. Most important, the porch is beautiful! Beyond what I thought it could be! I see many hours outside on the new porch! Home Run guys! I cant thank you enough!

Corner Stone has remodeled my bathroom, my office as well as some custom lights. Today they finished repairing my deck that someone else had built and we were having major structural issues.

Mike and his team came out and saved the day and redid what they needed to in order for me to have a safe and structurally sound deck again.

Cornerstone Home Construction provided a quality service. Mike, Kat, and Leah are awesome to work with and were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had have during the process. They remodeled our Master bedroom and bathroom and did an excellent job.

Cornerstone Home Construction remodeled our master bath. They were professional and very careful to clean up any mess and take special care of the areas that were not being remodeled in our home. They were always responsive when we had questions. Received other estimates from other bathroom remodeling companies and Cornerstone by far was the best value AND could do everything we wanted which included adding a closet in our bathroom. Highly recommend!!!

We had Cornerstone Home Construction (CHC) build a detached garage for us in 2021. The short answer is, they did a fantastic job and I would absolutely recommend them for your garage build. To elaborate, Mike and his team were great to work with, as they were capable, communicated project progress well, and dealt with the supply chain issues in 2021 as well as anyone could have. As a homeowner who prefers more communication about project progress than less, Kat was especially good at project updates and keeping us informed about what was happening next and when. The whole team was responsive when questions were posed about technical and project management elements of the job. Of course, the job took longer than expected (what project didn't in 2021?), but I was pleased with the way CHC worked through those issues. Again, I would heartily recommend CHC for your building needs.

Mike Foltz built my home 22 years ago and really built a quality product. When I decided to replace my master bedroom fiberglass shower with a tile installation and replace my sinks and counter tops, I was pleasantly surprised to find him still in business locally. We had to wait a few months for work to start, but that seems to be the case for EVERY job (no matter what kind of work) since the pandemic.

The process was very professional and the staff was friendly. I was given a written quote with guidance and budgets to make my finish choices. All choices and changes were documented. They work with good, local, knowledgeable vendors. Mike even made a recommendation that allowed me to upgrade my counter tops at virtually the same price as my original choice.

The office always kept me apprised of events as they happened, even before the work started. For example, they called or emailed when they placed orders for materials and when they received the orders. I was called the day before and told which workers were coming, what time they would get here and what exactly they would doing. They were always on time. Most of Mike's team has been with him for years, which gave me confidence in their workmanship.

The workers were considerate of my home, putting drop cloths down to cover my floors getting into the job and putting plastic up all around the room (to keep construction dust off my cabinets, walls and windows. They cleaned up all their debris and trash EVERY TIME, even though they were coming back the next morning to continue the work.

They did a great install. Mike makes sure the job is done properly. He is straightforward about the work and is a good, honest and reliable contractor. And for those of you who would ask about cost - no, Cornerstone is not the cheapest contractor out there, but I believe "you get what you pay for". By the way, we actually came in UNDER his estimate.

I have a great looking, quality remodel. Cornerstone Home Construction will be who I call for future renovations.

Very professional and work done was excellent. Helped us do install the door which is not even included on the job quoted. Would highly recommend on any concrete jobs, may it be small or big projects… will definitely use this company again in the near future.. Thanks again..
