Summit construction is absolutely a must hire for all projects. Reliable, dependent, friendly and amazing work.

They do not pay contract billing. They take unauthorized discounts in amounts that it will cost more to get an attorney to get involved to get full payment.
I will never do any business with them again

I have known Jake for 10 years. He Always does really good work and I would easily refer him to any of our clients.

I had been looking for my mothers deck to be redone for over a month. It either took to long to respond, over priced, etc. I called this company & the same day I got an fair estimate and timeframe for service. Not only was my deck complete, it was complete before estimated timeframe. Communication was prompt & professional and work was done with quality and speed. I’ll definitely recommend and get more work complete.

When a person has to wait over a week for a simple quote that they paid for in advance just to be told “don’t bother me on my day off” that’s unprofessional . When a business threatens a client saying “i know where you live” then proceeds to call their property “trash” is unprofessional. Don’t act unprofessional and then be upset when someone who spent money already for your services to be delayed with no notice gets upset or “irate”.

Highly capable and hard working. Jake explains well to customers and follows through with superb craftsmanship. He did an excellent job repairing/rebuilding an outdoor retaining wall.

Jake and Lindy with Summit Construction are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They listen to what you have to say and respond accordingly.
