Tyler came to inspect and clean the double flue. Right on time, extremely polite, took lots of photos and answered all my questions. He explained everything he did, and cleaned up better than he found. Very pleased with the professionalism and service! Highly recommend this business!

A Cleaner Chimney, owned by Jay & Josh, is a company who might be the best and most professinal company we have worked with since moving to NC. The repairs and their work done on our chimney was exceptional. From beginning with a phone call, then a meeting for an estimate we knew we found the best company for the job. Josh and Jay's work exemplified their knowledge/know how as to what was needed to make our old chimney, fire box, and hearth look new again.
The clean up was impeccable and the use of their time was remarkable.

ACC was able to get my flue cleaning done on the day I called to check availability. The tech that came out, Mike, was on time and did a very thorough job on our flue; taking precautions to ensure no fireplace debris got on our carpets or floors. Great experience. Highly recommend.

This might review might be a bit on the biased side as when our technician arrived very punctual I might add. Michael was wearing a Green Bay packer sweatshirt . Which for us was may have sealed the deal.🤣🤣, as in 2 months ago we have recently up rooted our 20 years of life in Wisconsin our home state to Move to the North Carolina area! .We wil always back the Green and Gold! In all seriousness this company was booking into January when I scheduled this appointment in the first week in November after Joshua
came out for our initial inspection informing us we needed some chimney work completed on our new home. This is our first experience with A fireplace or chimneys, so we have little knowledge or expertise in this area. I received a call mid week, last week asking if they could come this Sunday on a earlier date to complete our cap installation and repairs. Some of the technicians were going to be working through the weekend to catch up on their long list of work orders. That worked wonderful for us. Michael was the assigned technicians for this job! He was Courteous and worked efficiently to do the installation and completed his work in a timely manner.
Michael was also very informative of what he was doing and adding his personal touches made us feel like we were back home in Wisconsin. My husband and I both have a strong work ethics and look for quality work when choosing companies to complete work on our home. A cleaner chimney is definitely the company you want to be working on all your chimney needs. Their knowledge, friendliness and work efficiency is top notch. I know now we will never be using another company for our chimney needs and you shouldn't either. We will be ordering our new fireplace insert asap and getting installed using these amazing technicians! Jay took his time placing a gorgeous chimney cap on our chimney. Cody did an excellent job cleaning our two fireplaces and creating a custom damper for us. I have used this company for close to 15 years, and we will continue using them. They are an outstanding company!

A cleaner chimney is a very professional group. I needed my chimney sealed before installing gas logs. They arrived on time and left the space inside and out very clean. I use them to clean my wood burning chimney every year and do they a great job with that as well. I highly recommend them.
