Love, love, love this company!! Totally professional, they came out and installed this cute little woodstove and they were so professional and nice and answered all my questions and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it! They even started the fire for the first cure. This kind of service is rare, y’all made my week!

Bradley arrived on time, was very friendly and pleasant. He listened to my description of the problem and then went to work to extract 3 deceased squirrels from the damper in my fireplace. Though the smell will take some time to dissipate, Bradley will be back to repair the hole in the cap that was the squirrels' entrance. I am very happy with the service I received from A Cleaner Chimney.

I recently hired A Cleaner Chimney to reseal the chimney top, perform a full chimney cleaning, and install a chimney cap to keep out rain, debris, and animals. I am extremely pleased with the results—the chimney cap looks beautiful and adds a great finishing touch.

These guys were very professional, and on time and very polite. They were very professional about notifying me of my appointment and reminding me and letting me know when they were in route to my house. They also did waterproof my chimney while I was out of town. Notified me when they started and when they finished. I was also able to pay them over the phone with my debit card. I would recommend a cleaner chimney to all my friends and family And if I ever have a problem again, I will be sure to call them. They were excellent.

Final edit 12/30: fireplace is done! They did a good job, got it working, guaranteed their work (if something cracks/breaks whatever) and cleaned up.

EDIT: I posted a review bc I felt like I was begging this business to “take my money” so to speak. When I posted this review Jay gave me a call, we chatted (he was super kind) and it feels like this was a case of bad luck, between people switching jobs/wrong place/wrong time. He quoted me, I accepted, and I will post again as soon as the experience is over. I really appreciate the effort and love to see the accountability.

We had a really great experience with a Cleaner Chimney installing our chimney cap. The installation crew were all very respectful, and Jay worked with us to alter the chimney cap to meet our needs. Great communication and they were prompt to do the installation.

Jay and his team at A Cleaner Chimney are excellent! Really good people that do top notch work for a fair price. Highly recommend them for all chimney cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. They installed a new chimney topper, cleaned the chimney and then sealed it up as I do not use the fireplace. Also touched up the tucked pointing on the outside. They did all of this work very well and paid special attention to keeping surrounding areas clean and undisturbed.

Mike came out to clean and inspect chimney with stainless steel insert. All cleaned up well and has been put back in service since the weather cooled back off and is working well. Mike was very professional and efficient and was able to identify an issue with the chimney cap and is going to have one built to resolve problem which I appreciate.

A cleaner Chinney was great to work with. They provided excellent service on my chimney and took the time to explain to me the services my Chimney required and why. Additionally, they provided very fair pricing compared to other quotes I received for the same work required. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Winston Salem area

Jay and Todd at A Cleaner Chimney just installed the Buck Stove model 91 at our home. They did a great job with the installation, but the most impressive part was their knowledge of all the available products and options. They walked us through the pros and cons of various models and listened to my wife and I as we tried to decide what option would work the best for our needs. Top-notch knowledge, communication, service and product. We highly recommend them if you need chimney services or are in the market for a wood stove or insert.

Great guys, easy to work with and communicate with. They came out to my house to replace a chase cover. It looks great and fixed the problem. I own a home inspection company and will definitely be recommending them in the future.

Sam did a great job! I was very impressed with his honesty that after scheduling a cleaning he said it didn’t need it. I have also seen the good job they did at our neighbors. I also appreciate that they sent a picture of who to expect to come and do the job. I would highly recommend them, but you better call quick before the first cool spell. I am sure they will book fast.

Update: just had a new cap added to our outside chimney. So pleased with how it looks. 5 🌟 once again.

We had 2 wood inserts installed, customer service was great. Kept us up to date on when the inserts would be picked up and installed. Ran into some issues while here with the way our chimney was built (fixed it right up and had us going the same day). Very nice group to work with will definitely recommend and have them come back to maintain ours as needed.

On time, quickly finished, professional. They shared images and report the same day and made recommendations. Cleaned and inspected so gas logs could be set.

Sam is the young man that came out. He was very polite, professional and obviously capable. He explained what was needed and where we needed to do better. Im anxious to have a fire going again. Sam is an asset to your company. I had no idea you'd have a "follow up" which also speaks to his character. He could have asked for a good review yet didn't even mention there would be one.
