Very courteous and professional service. Had a dead bird in my dryer vent that my maintenance guy apparently just didnt feel like dealing with. They dont wear shoe covers like it says on the website but thats fine, he did a great job and cleaned up very well afterward.

I was impressed by how professional and efficient the technicians were. They inspected the entire system before starting the cleaning process. The work was done carefully and without any mess. My dryer performance has improved a lot since the cleaning. It’s a service I would recommend.

Dan was professional and personable. He walked me through the process and explained everything he would be doing. I work from home and was in a meeting. Dan made sure not to interrupt and asked when it was ok to enter. He cleaned up behind himself. Highly recommend 🙌

Did a great job on an inspection job, and was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He quoted me a fair price on level 2 inspection. Now I have called threes times over a week and can’t get a call back.

Amazing family business. I could only give them 5 stars, wish I could have given them 100. Knowledgeable, professional, kind, and just WONDERDUL. They explained everything to me on what needed to be done, the way I could understand it. They are busy, but I will not go anywhere else but them. They are worth the wait.

For an inspection and cleaning of four chimneys the fee was 575. Then To replace a chimney cap the cap was quoted at $700 with labor 125 and service call and travel another $75 . So that would be $900 for a replacement cap . The same customed sized cap is quoted at $90 on line . The cap mark up and the labor costs quoted appear to be out of line with what is reasonable. When I mentioned this discrepency . I was told that I can climb up and do it myself . This was a rude and unbecoming reply and i would not recommend this company based on price and attitude .

When I scheduled they gave me a window from 9am - 11am because I have a baby who has a nap schedule and that worked best for us and then someone texted asking if it’s ok to be here at 11:30, I said no because I agreed to a window time and they said ok someone else can schedule you for another day then. Finding another service that is professional!

Called Top to Bottom Chimney this morning and Andy (the owner) came out this afternoon. Now, the only reason this happened is because I got lucky - he happened to have an opening and his last job was near my home and so he squeezed me in. But still, a very good thing considering it is a week before thanksgiving and fireplace guys are busy now. Very appreciative that they worked me in!

We bought this home recently and needed to have 2 fireplaces inspected and potentially cleaned. One fireplace has gas logs installed, and we wanted to convert back to a wood burner (with a gas log lighter beneath) if possible. As it turns out, the chimney on that one would need a bunch of work to return to use as a wood-burner - (so I am guessing that is why the previous owners went with gas logs). He gave me an estimate for repairs while standing in my living room and there was NO PRESSURE at all to do the work. Yes, it was more than we want to spend, but honestly - it seemed like a very reasonable price considering the scope of the work. Again, it works fine as a gas fireplace and so we just couldn't justify the cost simply because we prefer wood burners.

He inspected the other fireplace and reported that is was clean and ready to go.

The best part, he charged me less than originally estimated over the phone!

In short, the entire experience could not have been better. Andy and Cody were professional, friendly and prompt. The price was very reasonable and it is good to know that the fireplaces are safe to use.

I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Andy and Quinn did a fantastic job of cleaning my chimney and getting my 21 Year old Jotul Tamarack insert back as the way it was when new!! I would highly recommend Andy to anyone for chimney sweep, insert, and wood stove services to everyone!!

The lovely young men *sarcsm* driving this vehicle thought it would be a great idea, to
attempt and purposely hit me while recklessly parking. While retrieving my items to conduct company business, these two gentleman slung this contraption into a tight parking lot, nearly hitting me. After getting out of the van, these two incompetent gentlemen laughed and made comments, one including "should've hit her". I would not recommend patronizing this company, spend your money elsewhere.
