We had Brookstown Duct Cleaning come out yesterday to clean our AC ducts. Ben and James came prepared and performed the task as requested. They explained their procedures and kept me well informed of their progress and their findings. Not only did they treat my house with the upmost care they also left no trace that they were there. I highly recommend them for your Duct cleaning needs. It is hard to find reputable businesses out here that won't try to pull a fast one to earn a quick buck.

I highly recommend Brookstown Duct Cleaning. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Communication was excellent. The two workers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very polite and meticulous. Oved explained the process and showed me the results of their work. The owner of the business stopped by to check on the progress and quality of work, which impressed me. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.
It turned out that I overestimated my square footage and paid a higher rate. I would not have known this, except for the fact that the owner Ben McDonald reached out to me to let me know that I paid too much for the service based on the incorrect square footage and that he was refunding the difference. That to me is the mark of an upstanding business and further that Mr. McDonald is a man of integrity. I am very happy that I chose Brookstown Duct Cleaning.

Nate, Juan, and Michael came to our 2400 sf. house for ductwork cleaning. Michael was the team leader who was very conscious about the work that had to be done. He was patient with his coworkers and was very thorough in making sure that the ductwork cleaning was done properly in a house that was built in 1963. Michael kept me well informed of their findings and progress.

The guys were super friendly and very efficient. They came early and called ahead of time which I really appreciated. They worked really fast and were also really friendly with my dogs. Highly recommend they and their services!

Brookstown started off giving the service 100% but it didn't end that way. The majority of our interior vent covers weren't cleaned, which is listed on the service description. They came back to do those and still missed 3 of them. Something as simple as taking a vacuum to the interior vents wasn't done on so many of them. I also had to request the photos of the job that were promised to us twice before receiving them. Again, the beginning of this project started out so strong, but I still don't feel like we were given a thorough job for what we paid.

Dryer duct cleaning - Theo was on-time, courteous, and professional. He took care to keep rest of house clean by wearing booties when inside and did a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Brookstown Duct Cleaning. I called on a Friday and they were there Monday! Mike and Raven were very communicative and explained the process well. The best part was that later I noticed a big glob of hair (have animals) stuck in one of the vents so I reached out and they came back the very next morning and used a camera in all the vents to make sure nothing was stuck and redid the whole process! Never had any HVAC work done by this company but one of their drivers went around me in the turn lane at a blatantly red light. If they fix HVAC like they drive I’d steer clear and go somewhere else.

Our air conditioner was replaced about 6 months ago and today it didn't seem to be cooling correctly. My husband called to let them know and they were here within minutes. M AND M discovered that it was a belt loose on our air handler. Once he discovered this he wouldn't let us pay him even for a service call. He said he should have caught that when he installed the new unit. Thank God for honest people. This was a Saturday evening at 9 ish. He could have really taken advantage of us but he did not. Would recommend them to anyone that has HVAC needs.

The owner of this company came personally to service my home and when he had to buy parts and I asked for clarification on the prices of the parts because they did not match estimates for the same parts I found he quickly told me to get someone else to do the work and hung up on me. His secretary was very nice and apologized profusely for the owner but as she put it "he likes to up charge on the parts and doesn't like to discuss costs". Would not recommend this contractor, he will gouge you.

Came out to look at my trailer unit. Told us it was frozen, and the coils could not be cleaned. It was not frozen, it had frost from a few minutes of the bottom being left open. We tried to discuss cleaning the coils. He said that’s it you can find someone else, I’m leaving. He proceeded to start screaming and cussing, stated he’d worked 40 years and that I’d need to replace multiple parts. He continued screaming and cussing as he got into his van to leave. I took a photo of the van to warn others about the company and he stopped to scream at me through his window. I told him there was no need to scream at me and to please leave.

Will is honest, friendly ..on time ..reasonably priced..and smart .He fixed two of my HVAC units.. one in each house.

Service was good, our service provider was kind and did the job. Our storage key was given to him, but no one in the household personally received the key back. I called the company and they said the service provider doesn’t have our key. Therefore, our key is now lost.

Great experience right from the start when I called to schedule an appointment. Very friendly staff. Technicians were thorough and professional. I enjoyed talking with them. Didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of. A+

My experience with Drew was both professional and fun. Great to work with. Go Green has the cream of the crop of professional plumbers. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They drained and filled the water heater. Inspected bathrooms and kitchen. Replaced the whole house filter. Made not of possible future issues and showed the documentation photos/videos. Good price for the new water filter. All but the filter was under my service contract.

Andrew and Brian came out and fixed out and fixed our faucets and installed a new kitchen faucet for us. They were awesome!!! Professionalism is a 10!! Expertise..10, customer service..beyond 10!!

Our service technician, Dylan Rhodes, was very courteous, professional and he did a thorough job of inspecting our HVAC system today!
