Randall Shillinglaw arrived at my home today to perform a routine electrical inspection. He also addressed specific questions I had regarding certain lights, appliances, etc. I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and his comprehensive knowledge and approach to each of my concerns. Drew was great, very good at explaining the pros and cons of the different choices I had for instant hot water, and pointed out several other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed that I wasn't aware of. The whole experience with Go Green was great and I will call them for my next plumbing needs.

Tony Rivera was our technician for this hvac cleaning and maintenance. This was our second time using Go Green, and we have been very impressed both times. Tony was so knowledgeable and respectful towards myself and my husband. I really appreciated the thorough inspection he provided. He also took many pictures so he could explain and show exactly what he saw and what he recommended. I would highly recommend using Go Green! I know we will continue to use them!

Brian was good.
Go Green was the worst. $800 to repair a 1” pvc water line that had cracked on a Saturday. Outside. Easy to get to. Go Green did not have the 1” pvc in stock. OVERCHARGED // Ridiculous. They have officially lost a customer forever.

I love Go Green. I have been very happy with them. But, yesterday they did send out a novice. He didn’t get the job done. But I guess you have to start somewhere. He should have probably been with a more experienced technician. But all is good. I believe they will take care of everything by tomorrow.

I had Andrew come to assess removing radiators from our home that was built in the 1930s. Not only was the work done well, but Andrew was a great communicator throughout the process, helping me understand exactly what needed to be done and why. He and his team also showed great care for our home, making sure to clean up after themselves, and even sweeping up some dirt that wasn't even their fault.

They also identified additional work that needed to be done in a way that demonstrated a desire to make our home better, not just a way to run up our bill. They also did a check of all of our plumbing systems, helping me have a better sense on the state of our home and future upgrades that may need to be made.

Plumber John is great. He is a true and honest advisor and champion. First of all he listens to his customer. Secondly, when giving advice and information, he always paused and asks for questions and comments. Thirdly, he uses his expertise promptly and for the benefit of his customer. He proceeds as he builds understanding and trust. Serving and satisfying his customer is his guiding goal.
After listening to our situation, John sought more information from the city exploring ways to solve our problem at lowest cost to us. He patiently explained our options and made specific suggestions. He is an experienced profession of high integrity. He is a trusted and respected agent of assistance to any home owner needing plumbing assistance.

Zackery was great. You can definitely tell that he knows his job. He answered every question I had sometimes twice. He was the first one here and the last man standing on a 12 hour project. I appreciate his service.

Andrew from Green Go did a fantastic job and even did me a personal favor on his way out and tightened my loose kitchen sink faucet. I’ve tried a half dozen times to do it and have never been able to successfully tighten it. He was all too happy to help and got it tightened in just a few minutes. He went above and beyond what he was here to do and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did. I would highly recommend Green Go for all your plumbing needs!

Both Jonathan and Brandon were great! Jonathan gave us a thorough check on our HVAC systems and pointed out problems and potential issues down the road. Brandon was informative and knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us understand issues. He made the repairs quickly and was willing to show us the problem areas and showed us the old parts vs new parts.
I would give them 5 stars but a recent experience with our Go Green Plumber knocked it down to 4. Definitely do business with them but verify problems and don’t get pressured into doing anything you don’t want done.

He was very professional. He and his colleague Theodore were both very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They answered all of my questions with ease. We had an emergency issue and called our usual company who we’ve had service contract with. We never heard back from them so called around other places. Go Green was by far the most responsive and commutative throughout the process. Our service technician Tony was great. Very thorough with everything and really wanted to get our issue solved. Will definitely be using them moving forward.

Drew came to assess our needs. He was on time and spent a lot of time making sure we understood his proposal for parts and equipment. Go Green is a local company. They will be refurbishing our water softener, replacing our sump pump and Basin, replacing anything in our home that leeks or items hard to turn and other items.
Drew was very professional and very knowledgeable about ever. The pricing was reasonable and we jointed their maintenance service club. He was the best tradesman we have in the 20 years we have lived on our home. Our home was built in the 1960,s and these upgrades, repairs and regular maintenance will keep our home I good repair and will increase our value when we eventually sell our home. Theodore did a great job he was very professional and was very thorough. He explained everything well and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. He made sure I understood the set up of the new water heater and was happy with the water pressure in the house after the installation was completed.

The team did an excellent job. Communicated well throughout the appointment. Gave recommendations without being too aggressive. Chose to get maintenance done that added cost but felt fine doing it because I trusted their recommendation.

I had a toilet replaced by Drew@ Go Green Plumbing and was extremely happy with service and the enthusiasm while toilet fixture was being installed. I will continue to use them in the future. All this was done on Christmas Eve.
