Our technician, Dakota, was knowledgeable,professional, and personable. He was able to address all our concerns and answer all our questions. He had our heating system up and running in no time. We would highly recommend him and Go Green without hesitation.

Our water shut off on Thanksgiving Day. I looked in all the obvious places and couldn't find the problem so I called Go Green Plumbing. Drew and Jay came out on Friday and noticed that my FloMein flow meyer had been shut off. I thought I had disconnected the system. I was very embarrassed that the issue was so simple but Drew kindly showed me a demonstration of how the unit actually worked which was very helpful. Drew and Jay set to doing the maintenance on my hot water heater and did a great job cleaning it out. They were very gracious professional and patient. Much appreciated!

Jorge Guerrero replaced my old HAVC UNIT for a new one.

Gino was very professional, thorough and helpful! I learned so much from his inspection/service of our HVAC system. He explained everything! We also were deeply impressed with Jason who thought through all parts of what our home would need to maximize a new HVAC system. Jason was also very informative, transparent and professional. Jay was really awesome. Coming out last night and then again this morning. Just to make sure if anything had changed with my really wet situation. (Hahaha play on words)
I would like to say professional. But that would be wrong. But thats a good thing. He seemed relatable, easy to talk to and even laughed a few times over my soggy situation.

Even though we didnt fix the issue today it lead us in the right direction to fix things tomorrow.

Nick was the consummate professional. His explanations of the work being performed was clear, concise and easy to understand. He respectedI'm very my home and cleaned up after finishing his work.

One issue with fireplace ended up being regulator for the propane gas tanks so couldn't fix (understandable). Toilet seal replace with tank floater and fill valve was 600 plus the diagnostics 73 decided we would wait for our regular plumber who will repair for about 150. During inspection found a leaking valve to the water heater, we did repair. Total cost about 470. Service guys were knowledgeable and nice. The company was punctual and communicative.

All of my experiences with Go Green are Positive. We had plumbing back up problems, and after a previous visit when the problem could not be found exactly, Ross came out. He took control of the problems, responsibility for fixing them . after he diagnosed the issue, I was presented with an estimate, and I think part of the work would have been more , but he stuck to his estimates, 2 estimates. Ross found 2 problems as part of the whole water back up issue. He did a complete, excellent job, Twice.
The whole time he was completely professional and took responsibility to get it solved. if some additional information was needed, he called the Home Team and got the support to quickly and completely finish the job. They even sent out a Master Tech to make sure planning was complete for the repairs.

Everything was great and professional. Our appointment had to slide a day, but that was well communicated by phone and text. We continue to use Go Green because of their reliability and professionalism.

Ross and Jack were the nicest a very pleasant to work with. They were patient with questions and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Up front with costs. They fixed the problem as well as let me know about another issue they found during inspection. They had pictures and video from under the house of a problem I would have never known about until it became a very expensive problem. They gave options, pricing and suggestions without pressure or trying to sell me anything. I will work with this company again.

Go Green got someone right to me on the day I needed them. The monthly plan is well worth it. Andrew was fantastic and very knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from. I will continue to use this company for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Dakota arrived on time; punctual, he explained the reason why he was there; he shared the intentions and assured nothing will be done absent the customer’s John Hancock.
The gentleman was transparent, showed thorough images, explained his work, took pride immensely in demonstrating his concerns he found in around my HVAC unit.. He answered all of my questions; and despite “hearing the bad news” I trust my money and gut to go with their services. A++++

Tony and Drew came within 2 hours of our distress call for assistance with our heat pump!! They had the problem resolved within a half an hour and we are so appreciative!

Dylan was out for our second annual HVAC inspection 12/12 and he was extremely nice, efficient and explained everything he was doing. There was one issue that had gotten worse since our previous inspection and because they always take pictures I was able to see that was the case and did not feel I was being sold something I didn't need. The contactor was toast and on its way out. With no pressure I approved the work and Dylan had it replaced in about 15 minutes. Thanks to Dylan and his thoroughness we had peace of mind with our unit just a couple days before we were expecting single digit temperatures.

Brett was so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got it taken care of in record time. He left the house and the yard in perfect condition. Highly recommend him.
