    We've used Mr. Appliance 3 times now. The techs were all very nice, and very honest about what they can and can't do. I thought I was going to have to pay big money to replace a refrigerator part. The tech fixed it and it was a lot less than I was expecting.

    I recently had a different appliance service come out to fix a dryer issue. That company was horrendous and wanted to charge me for a new motor on a dryer because they could not remove a collar off of the shaft of the fan motor. After repairing the issue myself,(in less than 10 min), the dryer still seemed to making a weird sound and had a hot smell. I had MR. appliance come out and they diagnosed the issue quickly, (clogged vent parts of the fan that shredded were lodged tin the vent. This was supposedly "repaired" by the previous service company tech.)Mr. Appliance ran some diagnostic tests and found the heating issue and checked over my repaira and cleaning out the vent would correct the remaining issues. They were very professional and thorough. I will be using their services from this point forward.
