Fantastic service. Great clean -up, and a fair price provided emergency service for a large tree

We had two trees taken down, asked them to leave the brush, but they didn't cut up anything. Left the tree connected to the stump. When my fiance went out to pay them, he took off, not taking the money.

They did a great job. Very careful and efficient. Very hard workers, did a great job with clean up. I would highly recommend to anyone needing tree work.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. I was cat called by an employee of Mikes WHILE he was in the MIKES TREE SERVICE TRUCK!!! The truck smelled horribly of marijuana. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company.

Waited 6 weeks. I was very specific what I wanted done. Nothing left over the drive and cut back from road. They started packing up before this was done. When I said something they hurriedly did what I indicated and left. It looks terrible

I highly recommend. These guys are fast, do great work, and are inexpensive. I got three quotes for a job and they were 30% less than the next lowest bid.

They damaged a shutter on our house and never bothered to offer to replace it or to pay for the damage. It nearly hit the window.

They were earlier than expected for the estimate. Their estimate was much lower than the expected price. After the estimate they were back within just a couple days to complete the job. They were fast and left no ruts in the yard or evidence that a tree was removed, other than the stump. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Had an emergency in which I needed to have a tree removed and a few branches pruned back, but Mike and his company were fast to respond and came to the job site within a few hours of my call. Impressive and quality work. Highly recommend.

We had a tree taken down today. Mikes Tree Service did an awesome job. The men were very polite and even moved things out of the way for us. I would very much recommend them to anyone. The price couldn't be beat!

They came out to take a tree down for my neighbor that is next to my driveway. Asked me if they could use my driveway for some of their equipment, and I agreed. In the process of backing their equipment into my driveway they ran over my mailbox. Said they would replace it but I wanted to do it myself. Said that was o.k. and to send them the receipts for my cost of new mailbox. Sent in receipts and called many times and NEVER got any compensation for my cost and labor. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL HACKS.

We had a huge tree come down in our backyard during the storms last weekend. Mike's came out this week and gave us a reasonably priced estimate. Today their team cut up and hauled the tree away, and were able to take most of the stump also since it came up out of the ground when it toppled over. They even cleaned up the yard when they were finished and you can hardly even tell a tree came down back there! Great company, would definitely use and/or recommend their services again!! I would highly recommend to anyone! They trimmed a huge oak tree for us. Mike is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed done, and the crew did a great job shaping it back up. The crew was professional, fast and efficient, and took the time to clean up well. They did exactly what we asked for at a very fair price, and our favorite tree on the property looks great! Very satisfied customers!

We had 8 trees taken out and Mike's Tree Service gave us the best price.
The guys who came out did an excellent job! We had 3 massively tall (90-100ft) pines and it took all day for them to do everything. And it was very hot out to boot. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The guys were very friendly, polite and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Justin came and cut my tree had it done in 10 minutes! He did an excellent job and was very fair priced. Highly recommend Mikes Tree Service to anyone in need.

I knew Mike years ago when he and many of his customers were customers of mine. At that time I never heard anything negative about him, his services, or his customer service. Now Mike's kids are of age and seem to be running things...poorly.
"Tig" gave me an estimate that seemed a bit on the high end, but reasonable for the complexity of my need. I had about a 50' tall Maple with a lot of large, dead branches hanging over a neighbor's fence.
When I was able to proceed, I was told by the office to expect a 4-5 week lead time and that Tig would call to confirm details first. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Justin at 8:30 the next morning. I was out of town and hestant, but agreed to let him proceed.
I made it explicitly clear to Tig and Justin both that I have little ones and that everything needed to be cut into 2-3' lengths, and the yard left clean for the safety of the little ones at play. Pripr to my final approval, Justin promised that he would do exactly as requested.
Justin showed up with no ground crew to help drop this large tree, and had to return the next day (I was still working out of town). When Justin finally finished, the yard was littered with debris and logs ranging from a few feet to 10'+ in length. When I contacted him he was rather short with me. When I mentioned this doesn't seem to be his father's company any more, he replied "Well thats my father so good luck".
I was later promised another conversation with Tig for an estimate to clean up. I have yet to receive a call from her.
If they ever follow through I will edit or repost. In the meantime, I would discourage anyone using Mike's Tree for anything. The lack of work ethic and poor, insulting treatment of the customer makes the pricing an insult. I was told by an employee that they have been overwhelmed by similar complaints this year.
