The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Repairman was knowledgeable and courteous.
I still think fridgedare should have covered the cost of the defective part on a fridge that was 1-1/2 years old .

Our LG large capacity clothes dryer was drying just fine but making an odd sound. We read all of your positive reviews online and decided to schedule an appointment.

After your technician investigated today 10/15/2025, we learned one roller needed replaced. Everything else inside the dryer was in good working order. We were quoted $567 verbally (no written estimate) to replace 4 rollers and as an alternative $367 to replace one roller. Tech would be using aftermarket, not OEM parts.

We declined the repair, and paid a service call fee of 147+ tax for the tech to essentially remove the dryer's front and then put it back. Tech never even offered to clean the inside of the dryer. He was in our home for less than 40 minutes. We are extremely disappointed and believe your company has predatory business practices.

10/23/2025 - I see you edited your original reply. For the sake of clarity, I never spoke to anyone from your company on the telephone. The appointment was arranged via text. Your pricing structure was never mentioned and the exorbitant cost of a simple repair was a complete surprise to me..a shock really.

Brent was professional and timely. He was very accommodating in speaking with the rep at my home warranty company. I will happily do business with Grove appliance repair in the future.

My service tech name , He answered all of my questions , He either showed me on the washer or explain things in detail. This was a stellar service experience from start to finish! On the day of the appointment, I was immediately impressed by the ability to track the repair technician live. I just feel like the service man truly didn’t show me what he was talking about. I understand my control panel was malfunctioning, but it was explained to me that my whole control panel was soaked and dripping wet. My basement is dry. We have no water damage. The dryer itself was not even on for over a week. It was on Friday end of the day last call he just stood there and played with the knobs. After he left I did open up the control panel and looked at the inside panel and controls and I really didn’t see any water so I felt like it was useless money that I spent. He gave me a coupon to go to Groves to buy a new dryer. He advised it would be too expensive to fix.

Sam's Appliance repair, sent a tech out at our request for an issue w our washing machine. I had repaired our dryer two months prior, but when I "youtubed" the possibilities for our new issue, I thought I might be in over my head.

I was correct. I would not have diagnosed this issue. The tech repaired it close to within an hour after showing up.

Six weeks all is well w the repair and use. Oh, and before I forget. Prior to him arriving I was provided w tracking of his previous appointments that day, so I had a good idea of when he would be at our house. It is appreciated.

Our service tech was extremely knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and seemed very trustworthy. First vist the problem was diagnosed, the second visit the problem was fixed! Afterwards I asked a few questions and the tech responded with detailed answers and/or solutions. I absolutely recommend their services. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I prefer a tighter window of when the tech would arrive.

The repair man(BK) was so polite and efficient.
The appointment time was kept and the needed part was ordered. I was contacted by Grove to schedule another appointment to have new part installed , and within days of the initial service call BK returned and completed the repairs in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use Grove again and highly recommend them to all my family and friends .

Paul was prompt, very pleasant and knowledgable. He had excellent communication skills. He explained the situation that it would cost more to repair than it was worth and mentioned that half his service fee could be put towards purchasing a new washer from Groves. Great cross-selling skills. And that's exactly what we did. It will be delivered on Monday. Very pleased with the outcome!

As it turns out the issue was something the electrical company needed to repair. First choice stayed to make sure the repair was completed and that all the electric was restored to our home. We have a home built in 1976 and I didn’t really think we had any options to upgrade our exterior lighting. I've been tearing my hair out trying to find out what was going wrong, and John came over and fixed it in less than ten minutes. It was such a relief. I haven't gotten the invoice yet but if it's anything like their professionalism and customer service, then I'm not worried
