Yard looks good took about 4 summers I had a lot of weeds

Scott is able to work his schedule with mine. He is hardworking and energetic. In just two months, I can see an improvement in my lawn.

They removed the dirt and grindings from a stump removal, and then did a great job of filling in the void and planting grass. When we asked for a specific breed of tree he was able to locate one and plant it for us. We are going to use them again after another stump grinding job in our back yard.

I did a job at rental home scott owns. Friends mine live there removed a handicap ramp installed steps cleaned up n hauled everything away left a bill400$ scott informed friends felt job only worth 200$ left that with them I have called left numerous messages txt sent bills no response anything . I have yet to receive any payment for time or materials to this day . This is extremely poor business practice of scott cully I wouldn't recommend him for anything

My dryer quit working at about 4:00 on Thursday. I called Sam’s and by 4:30 I was on scheduled the next day between 2-5. Nate called when he was on his way. He was very polite and found the problem pretty fast.I love that he explained and showed me where the problem was. He than said he had the parts and could fix while there. Fixing it was a good option for us so he fixed it, cleaned up the area and left. I have Sam’s saved in my contacts just in case. I am very happy and will definitely recommend to my family and friends

My Electrolux front loading washer stopped working with clothes and water left inside. I called Grove's and asked them to send someone out. I guess Grove's and Sam's are both owned by Grove's now. Anyway, they made me an appointment for a week out, but then had an opening the very same day. I was so thankful as the clothes probably would not have survived sitting in water for a week. The repair guy was super nice. He was only here for a few minutes when he discovered the problem, and he even had the correct part in the truck. How wonderful!!!! He had a very tight place to work to make the repair. I felt really bad for him squeezing in and out of a small wash closet, and having to climb over the washer to get to the back. He left things fairly tidy too. There is always something to clean up when you must repair something. I can hear my washer running now, and it's sweet music to my ears!!!! Thank you so very much for bailing me out when I needed it most! I will call again:)

Sam’s / Grove Appliance repair did an awesome job. Joseph was professional and a pleasure to work with. Issue was diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and the job completed today. They have the best communication system I have ever seen. I was kept informed throughout the process. Joseph called me right before he got here so I was ready for him. Would highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable, Allen diagnosed the dryer instantly. He was in and out and gave a lot of recommendations for what my next move should be.

This is the second time we've used Sam's Appliance Repair and we will continue to call them! They have a very easy scheduling system and made it easy to work around our schedule. They repaired our refrigerator's ice maker that was leaking and not making ice, caused by our water. They were able to diagnosis and get the new ice make installed. Our service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We're very happy with the outcome.

I got a call about a repair I was inquiring on. I found Sam to be attentive, informative and honest. Am I happy about the news he shared with me? Nope! Am I glad he was honest and forthcoming? Yup! Am I going to Grove Appliances to replace my appliance? Yup, if they have what I need. Can’t find good people in this world easily. Sam seems like one. Will let you know if I find what I need, but at least Sam has me wanting to check out what they have.

Easy online scheduling for service. Gave a service window as do all companies. Called 15 mins prior to arrival. Prompt repair of dryer.

Found out after calling Whirlpool there was a recall on the electronic board w no charge to replace. Repairman should have known this and not have paid $150 just to come out to the house. The repar would have been around $400

Is a sixth star available? Sam's Appliance Repair has provided in-home service for us before. This is now multiple interactions with consistent high professionalism. Today, we had an issue GE itself couldn't advise about or resolve (even to recommend service options). With Sam's, a short text conversations with my photos and their video solved everything. Again, speed and convenience of resolution merits an extra star!

Nate came to our house to help with our dryer and he was extremely helpful and nice. Would recommend him again

My dryer was only working on refresh, but didn't dry. After a reset and jiggling of wire, Allen the tech was able to get it working again on all settings.
