It was about 100 degrees outside and our air decided to stop working. Bill came out, worked on our unit and had it up in running in no time. A true lifesaver with the quick and professional service.

These guys are awesome! They came out for an estimate on installing an HVAC system in my workshop. Out of 5 companies that came out, they were the only ones to actually send me an itemized estimate with everything documented. They also had the entire system ordered, installed, and working within 1 week. They were HALF the price as one of the local "big name" companies and almost $2000 cheaper than the lowest estimate of 5. I truly believe they do what they can to save you money while also providing exactly what you need. They installed a Goodman 3 ton unit and I received a 10 year warranty. 2 thumbs up from me!

Very unreliable and unprofessional. I called & spoke to owner on August 7th around noon. We had zero AC. He promised to stop by the next morning. August 8th, he called and said he had a toothache & must go to dentist; would come by after that. Waited all afternoon. About 3 pm, he said his father would come over. No one ever showed. I called him back and he claimed his dad came but knocked on the door and no one answered. This is a flat out lie. 1) why not ting the doorbell? 2) my dog always barks even if someone leaves a package on the doorstep, but she did not alert. 3) my sister was in the bedroom on that end of the house 4) I myself heard nothing 5) I do not see anyone on our doorbell camera!!! He FINALLY showed up with a severe attitude problem complaining all over the place and trying to blame me. I would've let him do the service if he had not continued to lie because we were desperate; however, I just told him to leave and I would leave negative review. Never take a chance on this fly-by-night guy; he probably won't even stand behind his work. 🤦‍♀️

We called Bill on a Wednesday night when our 22 year old air conditioning unit finally gave out.
He answered the phone and made arrangements to take check out our problem.
He gave us a fair price for a new unit and we were fortunate to have him install a new one by the next evening.
The wife and I highly recommended him for his prompt service and reasonable pricing.

Buyer beware with these guys... 100 unprofessional install left the unit not fully charged correctly had to call Joe's sales rep and Joe's sales rep told him to do certain things Joe has never been back nor has he ever tried to make any of their unprofessional and poor quality installation correct. I personally feel swindled out of almost $10,000 from management and incredibly bad installation oh and their customer service was zero out of 10. The feed lines to all head units rep told him he knew better than to leave them uncovered and that the little bit of protection that comes from the manufacturer is not sufficient.. let me continue on the installers drilled directly through one of the wall support studs. Every head unit is off balance and the system is 3 years old now and I've had to have it recharged every year.... One word sums up the whole deal...crap...

Joe came and worked late into the evening to make sure my family had air during the hottest time of the year after an unexpected break down in our system! Got us fixed and back to cooling in no time! Great customer service! Prompt response! Very happy with our experience as always! And highly recommend!
