I have a crawl space that other plumbers would not go under due to the small size of it. I called Midwestern and they came out same day and repaired a frozen pipe that busted along with the water hose spicket. The employee that did the repairs worked his butt off and it took him a couple of hours to finish the job. I will use this company in the future and recommend them 💯

I believe the technician's name was Kyle. He was very friendly, very friendly. But the problem I have is, telling them what I needed, that this appointment was scheduled for two hours. When I asked for a ballpark figure I was told by the woman, "Well I need to book this for two hours to start with." Really didn't know that I'd get billed for the whole two hours regardless of the actual time. The job took 15 minutes. Definitely not worth $174.00. I got billed for two hours of work for 15 actual minutes. I really thought about saying "No." But the tech was really nice and I'd guess it wasn't really up to him. All that because I didn't have the right tool. I knew it wouldn't be good but that amount is ludicrous. I l have other work that needs to be done and I'll be shopping around.

The price is fair and Anthony had our clogged kitchen sink fixed in about a half hour. He was friendly & explained all his work. The sink works fine now & the impairment is resolved. Thanks man, I'll call you again if we have a plumbing issue.

Getting an appointment with Midwestern Plumbing was easy and quick. Brian and his partner arrived in the middle of the scheduled timeframe. Both were thorough in their troubleshooting of the issue, knowledgeable, and rather quick in their work. The final bill was reasonable. I definitely recommend and will call on this local company again.

They did a great job replacing my outdoor water spigot. However, they cut an away extra drywall in my finished basement. They did noting to repair what they cut away. I called to see if they could come and fix the drywall that looks horrible. They told me they do not repair it and that I would have to do it. I’m very disappointed.

Wow! This company is top-notch. We called because our grinder pump was going off, and we were afraid our basement was on the verge of flooding. Jason arrived within an hour of our call, and he got right to it. He determined the problem and had it up and working quickly. He then asked if there was anything else that he could help with while at our home. (I mean, who does that any more. Most people want to run out after one thing is complete.) We said actually yes, our cold water faucet in our half bath comes out slow, and no one can seem to figure out what is wrong with it. (our home is less than a year old) He cleaned out the line, and it took him about five minutes, and the water comes out like normal. I can’t believe the exceptional service that this company provided.

I should tell you that I am a huge perfectionist and it takes a lot to impress me. Jason took his shoes off and did not track through the house. He was so respectful and explained everything in detail. Everything from the phone call, response time, professionalism, and work performed was exceptional. It is so nice to know that great companies still exist ones that take pride in what they do and care about their customers. Jason, Thank you! You were terrific and we can’t thank you enough.
    I highly recommend this company.

I needed all my pipes in my basement replaced due to it being all old and Corroded. They was easy to work with and it cost about 1,850 dollars to have all thos pipes removed and replaced so i think that was pretty good. My water pressure is way better now and i wont have to worry about them busting so I'm really happy about that. The plumber they sent was also very friendly and professional so thats nice.

I currently sit with 8” of feces laden waste water in my bathtub, broken toilet and no answers because MIDWEST PLUMBING left me holding a literal bag of human feces.

Tech came out yesterday (who did not provide his name) and worked for about an hour before claiming he couldn’t fix it and had to come back first thing in the morning.

    He did not.

And MIDWEST plumbing gave my leasing agency a big run-around before finally settling on not coming back. Wow.

I called MIDWEST PLUMBING and spoke to Samantha (who is very awesome) with my disgruntled complaint and let them know this review would be posted until the issue is fixed.

They have claimed someone will be out in the next hour. We shall see as I sit here with my soaking wet floors and bathtub full of human feces.

I've been using Midwestern Plumbing Services for two years now. All employees I've delt with are friendly and professional. Josh Beighley is my usual contact. He is always prompt and courteous with his response. I would recommend their services.

Needed service on our tankless water heater, they were able to get us in the next day. Kyle was really friendly and quickly resolved the issue we were having. He also took the time to walk me through the process of flushing our water heater in case I ever want to do it myself. Will use these folks again for sure as needs arise.

I don't usually post a Google review, but my recent service with Midwest necessitates a compliment. Kyle responded to my service request to repair a slow dripping outdoor faucet that ultimately led to the repair of a faulty pressure guage. Kyle returned to my home four times in one day to ensure the dripping had ceased, assuring me each time that he would stick with us till the end. He was very pleasant, never complained and was helpful in explaining everything that he was doing. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. I don't often get this kind of pleasant diligence with other service people and thought it should be recognized.

We were pleased that he had our drain unclogged in no time. He explained everything and told us how to prevent it from happening again. Thank you for great service at a better price then the other plumbers. Will definitely use you again.

My name is actually Mary Jo McClain. :)
I was thrilled with the work that Gino and Ben did replacing my discharge pipe. They were professional, courteous, explained everything, had a sense of humor. Everything was efficient, clean up was perfect, and they really went above and beyond what I could have expected. Would recommend 100% to anyone (and already have). Even my neighbors were impressed with how thorough and thoughtful they were. Couldn't be happier.
Also - Anthony did the estimate, and he was great as well. Friendly, did a great job explaining exactly what he thought needed to be done.
    Thank you!

Midwestern Plumbing tech Kyle handled my plumbing emergency expertly and efficiently. Kyle was professional and confident and had my plumbing issue fixed in a short time at a reasonable price. Midwestern Plumbing will be getting all of my plumbing work as well as my recommendation from now on. I might mention the pleasant and efficient office staff who took my call. I had someone at my door 3 hours after calling. Thanks Midwestern Plumbing.

Will definitely be using again if I have to. We had a clogged toilet that wouldn't flush and he was quick to assess my situation, give me fair pricing and was kind, professional and got the job done quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service from customer service down to the technician. Thank you guys!

We needed our hot water heater serviced as part of the sale of our home. They were able to give us an appointment to next day! Michael was very prompt and efficient.

I've always admired and dependent on Midwest for my plumbing needs, but $ 580.00 to install a toilet is simply outrageous! Because of mobility issues, I decided to have the toilet installed professionally, to my surprise, I wound up helping the plumber lift and mount my new toilet. I wonder if advertising during the Reds games has influenced the pricing.

Submitted a request online around first week of April and after a week with no response I called. The woman who answered the phone informed me they showed no record of the request. No problem as I had come to find out they recently migrated to a new system. I understand things happen. The woman gave me the direct number to Mike B who would take point on my request for service. She said be sure to text pictures to this number and he should connect with you within 24 hours. I took photos and texted right away. Approximately 3-4 days still no response. I tried calling the number and left Mike a VM; no response. I tried texting the number but same, no response.

Around April 11th I opted to click on the "contact us" and emailed John V and explained the situation. John replied quickly, indicated he saw the request and forwarded to Mike. Wouldn't you know it, Mike called right away! Mike was polite and professional. He took down the details and indicated they would probably have to order a proprietary bracket to complete one of the jobs -- no problem. Mike sent me a quote April 12th.

I reviewed however it wasn't itemized as I had requested considering there were 3 projects and were part of a large renovation. I sent an email follow-up request on 4/23 to which I received no response. I sent a second email follow up request on 4/29 (no reply) and on 5/6 (John V CC'd), crickets. I went so far as to call and leave Mike VM to return my call. Still nothing. Time to move on.

I'm happy to say I went with another plumbing company who has since been able to meet my expectations and understands the importance of communication and doesn't ghost its customers.

It's difficult to imagine that communication would be so difficult. We have so many wonderful ways in which to communicate nowadays that one would think we would be masters at it. I tell clients all the time "The worst thing you can do (or say) is nothing at all. By virtue of saying/doing nothing IS saying something. It tells the customer all they need to know."

This was a disastrous experience . Took a month and several calls to get the part ordered, the two guys who installed tank broke the first one and had to have a second delivered. Less than 48 hours later my 86 year old mom had no water on a Sunday. Calls were made at 8 and 10 am for help with NO return call back. My sibling discovered part of the problem and again called for help in the afternoon. Was first told a supervisor would call him, then told Oops sorry you will hear back tomorrow. Not to mention the "repairmen: left a full shop vac in the basement. The only reason they have 2 stars and not 1 is because the folks who came Monday did solve the problem and were very courteous. What kind oof company leaves an 86 year old woman without water because of their screwup!!! I could overlook a lot if they had just been responsive. Not impressed. We have used them for years and never had this kind of treatment.

We had an appointment with Mike for today at 11 am for a quote on a tankless water heater. He never showed or called. Both of us called multiple times, and finally on the last call (two hours later) opted to speak with the receptionist who we apparently interrupted from something more important. She had no information and seemed to care even less. That's too bad. We were pretty much a sure sale.
